Very busy, popular place. Personable staff. Pastries and cookies come from La Louisiane Bakery and Maurice's Bakery, so they're really good. They're always rotating their coffee selection, so you can try a new one almost every visit. And of course, $1 day-old pastries are always a good grab, if you can get one before they disappear. Good atmosphere in here with plenty natural light and limited comfy(cushy chairs, couch) seating. HAVE to try the big cookies on the counter. Heat them up for like 25 seconds and they're unbelievable.

My daily stop on the way to work. Good coffee, snacks and great wait staff. And like Cheers "Everybody knows your name". Lots of regulars and many people working on their laptops. A neighborhood hangout.

Fab coffee spot in mid city that serves smooth coffees from around the world. Cool atmosphere, from the chill house tunes to the eclectic interior design. The vegan treats are really good, the chairs are comfee, and there's board games for when the mood hits. Will definitely come back.

Are you a freshman in college, a grad student, an entrepreneur, perhaps a coffee aficionado....regardless of what your reason is to go to a coffee shop, do yourself a favor and come to this place. The prices are great. Hours of operations are even better. And the coffee is just *chef's kiss*. Thank me later ;)

The Bean Gallery is a cozy neighborhood spot in the shadows of City Park. Great selections of flavored coffees, my favorite being southern pecan. They will even order beans for you to take home. The cookies are super rich and decadent, one of a kind. The staff is always super nice as well. Quiet spot next to the bustling Mid City Corridor, on the streetcar line too!

This place has a great location, friendly and helpful staff and a comfortable albeit not exactly stylish atmosphere. Where it falls short is the coffee is more of good ole cup of Joe approach and is just not on par with so many other great coffee shops in town that are either doing their own roasting or serving with care the finest roasts and single origin coffees from around the world. Sorry about the snobbery but there really is a difference between great coffee and the good ole cup of Joe. Would love to see them step up to today standards in Nola for specialty coffee shops and offer more.

Just a nice quiet atmosphere, a whole lot different than being on bourbon street. Just drank some ice coffee, had a couple of sweets. Couldn't eat any sandwiches since I got there 30 min before closing time.
