Grooviest café in the city, kicking up the jams with aloha and positivity.

This is on a major bike path and has parking for 2 bikes. Bad start. I ordered ice coffee large, and got a metal ten ounce cup half ice. They had no half and half. By the time I found milk the heat from my hands on the small metal cup melted most of the ice. I finally took a sip of my ice coffee, and it was watered down and tasted nasty.
The barstools at the counter are way too low and make it uncomfortable to sit there. Just when it couldn't get worse I went to pay. Four bucks...ok, fine, let me out if here. Took my card told me the price , no receipt, no signature.
What planet are these people on? I mean the kid who served me was nice, but every aspect of this business was poorly conceived.

I should list what I liked about this cafe. I am a coffee nerd. I love exploring new experiences in the coffee world. I drank the best Latte in the US after a long time. The barista was knowledgeable and brewed the espresso with a lot of attention. When he measured the weight of the ground coffee in the portafilter I thought this is too good to be true, until I had the first sip of my latte. They roast their own coffee based on a story, yeah that sounds strange but if you talk to the barista (Tom) he will tell you the story behind the tastes. The cafe has wireless internet and some tables to sit and work. It is wheelchair accessible. If you want to have a new experience of coffee and tired of the over-roasted taste of chain coffee shops, go to "Hey".
