Went for coffee when the storm knocked out power. Spent 10 dollars on two cups of drip coffee. Barista was nice but was Not impressed with the coffee

A true gem of New Orleans - independent-minded, excellent quality coffee (they roast their own beans, buy a whole bag! you won't regret it), and complete with a flamboyant sense of "indie-rock" style, Hey Cafe will elevate your mood in more ways than one

Came in for coffee and left with this amazing strainer to make my life so much simpler for brewing cold brews! I was on a cross country road trip and got to stop here and honestly this is the best coffee I had the whole trip from one coast to the other. They also have oat milk which is an amazing option for vegans! If you go to this location check out the merch they have the cutest lil things :)

The best part about this place was the unconditional Southern Hospitality from the woman working at the counter. She was so sweet the whole time. Ordered a vanilla ice coffee that was a great pick me up and an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese, both fresh and both sooo tasty. Definitely a great hidden gem in NOLA.

Been two times with two different baristas. They both cared a lot about the coffee they were serving and provided a damn good cup o joe/espresso. As tourists in these two separate occasions they were quirky kind in their recommendations. We have been able to try some of the recommendations so far and did not disappoint. Highly suggest. Dog friendly. Clean.
