I placed a mobile order and it said it would be ready in ten minutes. I went inside the store 5 minutes after I placed it; the drink hardly had any cold foam on it so I asked nicely if they could put some more on.. she (white, bald lady) said no because it had “already been there for 5 minutes”.. even though I came in 5 min earlier than when it said it would be ready. Sorry but it’s just weird to be dissatisfied with your drink that you already paid for and just be told “no”. Cold foam already costs almost $2.. At the location in Baton Rouge they are super nice and more than happy to fix things like that.

My first experience was a 4 star ... My last was lucky to be a 1 star only because 0 star is not available ... Order two Mochasippis one iced and one hot ... Definitely not what I received ... Big Difference ... What do you have to say for yourselves???!!!

Went in for quick sandwich . No low salt options. I chose crossant spinich&,feta, 1 left. It was limp&soggy.maybe they come frozen& heated in microwave. Very disappointed. Coffee was good.

I visit this CC's early in the morning... Like when they open, early. The people working there are always nice and friendly. There's a regular morning coffee group of people that they know by name and everyone is wonderful. Stop by in the morning and grab a tasty coffee! The mocha chip mochasippi is really good!!! Sweet, but worth the calories!

1 word Mochasippies! The lady working the counter on feb 13 was awesome! She helped us choose drinks and king cake balls! All was delicious! Wish I had one her in SC.

I went to pick up coffee for my shop( like we did the day before) but the mgr behind the counter informed me that I should have called ahead and it would take 20 mins …had to brew coffee like that’s not what they do! I tried to tell her that we had done it with no problem the day before …but she went back into but louder… how they had to brew coffee ….blah blah blah…how about “sorry” told her she didn’t have to be rude and she said she wasn’t …well that’s good to know 👎🏻 Should have gone yo Pj’s …will from now on

Fraud...This is the worst CC's I've ever been to. I love CCs and have been going for years but will never go back to the Metairie Rd location. Service has been consistently bad for a while now but this last visit takes the cake for sure (which is the reason I'm writing this review). After repeating my order 4 times at the drive thru and having it repeated back to me twice, I get to window and they repeat the wrong order back to me again (no clue how that happened if it was repeated to me correctly). After straightening that out for the 5th time, I get my $25 order and it's awful. The two mochasippis were melted and food items were burnt and dry (clearly from being microwaved too long). I just left because we didn't want to deal with the hassle, but then I my bank alerts me of a charge and noticed I was charged $7 more than what I was told at the window. I search my to-go bag for a receipt trying to figure out the discrepancy but there wasn't one, so I call the store. Long story short, a tip (that I did not authorize) was charged to my account and boy was I very upset. I do not mind tipping at all, but this was completely unacceptable. I was told that the employee who checked me out "accidentally" added a tip to my receipt. Are you kidding me? Who accidentally adds a tip to that kind of experience? The manager continues to explain that the buttons they use are just pictures and that explanation made even less sense to me. Does CC's seriously not have a clearly depicted tip button? Regardless of how much the tip was for, it was not authorized by me - and that is fraudulent. The manager attempted to refund me the tip amount only but after the hassle to place the order, driving nearly back to my house and then having to turn around, AND the coffee and food was bad, I requested a full refund and wanted to return everything - I didn't want anything. Who knows how people this may have happened to. If going to this location be sure to receive and check your receipt!

Today I waiting in the drive thru line for 26 minutes....27 minutes in a coffee drive thru line from the time I ordered to the time I got my coffee. Not to mention...I pull up to window, finally and the lady goes to hand me the wrong drink...I explained I didn’t order that and that I ordered 2 grande E22’s....so then she closes the window and RINGS MY DRINKS IN AFTER ALREADY WAITING IN LINE FOR AT LEAST 22 MINS!
I see her ring the order in on the screen, grab two cups write on them hand them to the other girl and NOT A SINGLE APOLOGY!!!! I had to wait another 5 minutes at the window for my drinks to be made that should have already been made!!! Honestly they didn’t even look like they had ANY pep in their step....just literally taking their time as if I didn’t just wait in line for over 20 minutes. I work in the food industry and there are sooo many different ways that situation should have been handled!!! Not to mention, you can’t even get out of the line until your one car behind the car at the window, so at that point of course no ones going to leave the line....this experience upset me and made me late for work!!! I live down the street from this location and get coffee on the regular which does always take much longer than a drive thru should but this time was by far the longest and the worst experience!

This is a very popular and busy coffee house with a lot of people coming in for a drink before or after visiting the gyms next door.
The service is fast and friendly. The atmosphere is welcoming and many people sit and work or meet friends here and spend a while enjoying it.
Overall, one of the better coffee shops in town as far as I’m concerned.

I recently started frequenting this location. There is an older woman who works the drive thru her customer service skills are phenomenal!! I go back every week to just get a quick cup of coffee it’s delicious.
