CC's Coffee House

Very chic, clean, friendly atmosphere. Coffee taste in their drinks is very prominent but exactly what I want! My only downside is there isn't one of these closer to me!

I had a pleasant experience. There was no bullying, intimidation or discrimination as compared to Orleans Parish. Freedom and common sense reign over tyranny and fear mongering.

These restaurants or coffee houses have different flavors than the other ones that I normally go to. Also I wasn't aware of this location until I googled it. Which was closer than what I was thinking when I left bartos. And the maps feature led me exactly to where the coffee house was. And I got what I ordered in a good time.

I went with my 9 year old daughter and she ordered a Peppermint Mocha which was so pretty on the poster. It came with no sprinkles and the barrista put a lid on it so she couldn't even get to the whipped cream. When I mentioned that it was for a little girl (who was with me), the guy just shrugged and took the lid off. Also my order had the wrong kind of milk - not devastating but not what I ordered.

Best Iced Mocha around!!! And the loyalty points are fun to follow. After so many drinks, you get a free one. This will make you feel a little bit better about yourself for spending the amount of money that you do on coffeeshop coffee and make my absurd justification for it somewhat easier.

I love my crew at the Metairie Road location. They are friendly and fast. My order is always right.

Since the move for a drive up on Metairie Road, service is extremely slow. 15 min. wait for a cup of cafe au lait is pretty bad. Plus, orders are being forgotten. Still the same wonderful tasting coffee, though!

My cold brew coffee taste horrible. Wish I could give 0 stars. Back to Starbucks I go.

The ladies room can do with a good clean. The walls haven't seen a cleaning cloth in a very long time and neither the floor or the trimming around which is just covered in dust.

I was ordering maroccan mint tea and asked the barista if it was organic and she told me all the tea’s were organic. I had to call the head office to find out if it was actually organic because the label did not mention anything. Turns out the barista was lying and that tea was not organic. It’s very dangerous to lie about ingredients in a product because I could have been allergic.
