Abita Roasting Company in Madisonville..
Such a charming place. Such a beautiful setting. Such sweet and friendly staff. Food and coffee is consistently good with a recently updated menu. A hidden gem on the Northshore that you don’t want to miss, especially on a pretty day!

Reviewing this business as a wedding vendor!
Overall, ARC, Madisonville far exceeded our expectations, in terms of the quality of food, drinks, service, and especially attention to details for our family and guests who had special dietary restrictions. We had several specific requests for the menu, which they met with helpful questions, timely delivery and exemplary food service the night of the wedding reception. We also paid a fee for cake-cutting and boxing up excess food for the bride's family to take home, which was a great option. Our guests had only good things to say about Abita Roasting Co. Worth every penny!

The breakfast wasn't that good. My boyfriend enjoyed the pancakes and the ranch omelet. I thought the biscuits were more like scones. The grits was from the stove for this wondering (not instant which is my personal choice). The hashbrown was bland and the eggs were dry. All together, nothing to write home about.

Went there with a large group of friends. The service was lacking and the food served so badly that some people were we're finished their meal, when others were still waiting to be served. We sat inside and we're freezing cold. We were told the AC could not be adjusted. How can a restaurant not adjust to comfort of the customer ? Very average food and decor. The meal was a very poor experience. Will NOT be returning.

Amazing food, beautiful front porch with seating with views of the river. Also has a great court yard area with seating as well as indoor dinning. Try the pancakes 10/10

Great food and amazing views from the front porch. Perfect for a spring day. And don't forget to check out the patio and pond in the back.

Considering I work there, I'm obviously biased, but if I were'nt, I'd still say the same thing, hands down the best Brunch spot on the Northshore. Good luck on getting a table on Sunday in under an hour. Its everyones go to after church. Its just great food. What's expected is what you get. An excellent "Louisiana only" type view, the best coffee amywhere (Sorry Starbucks) and Service is top notch.

Good for a sandwich at lunch sitting outside next to the Coi pond under a Live Oak. Inside is a fancy Turkish roaster and tables with service.
