Popped in for lunch. The patio is nice if you like dining outside. I ate at the bar and had the shrimp poboy w/fries. Pretty good not too expensive. Great place for a lunch date. The atmosphere is terrific. Nice and quiet not too much hustle and bustle and decent tunes playing in the background.

We really enjoyed the atmosphere and we had a very large group of us and the owner came out and was very accommodating as far as putting us in a back room which was very comfortable and cool after the outside heat. The drinks were good the beignets were very delicious. The only disappointment I had was that I asked that my burger be prepared medium rare and the waitress stated that they can only prepare it minimum medium due to state law? Anyway, I got my burger and it was very very well done, my friend who asked for his medium well was not as grey as mine was. On the other hand the french fries were delicious.

Horrible shrimp poboy. Ordered through delivery service. The poboy had about 7 small shrimp and wilted lettuce & tomato. Not good.

We went on a Saturday evening. They were somewhat busy. Our waitress came within a few minutes. She took our drink order. We ordered the coconut shrimp and stuffed shrimp. Food was hot when it arrived at our table. The coconut shrimp were really good and fresh. The atmosphere was great. This was our first time here and we will definitely come back.

My friend and I went for lunch during the weekday while I'm visiting from out of state. My friend had a Reuben with fries and I had a modified cheese steak sandwich and the best sweet potato fries I've ever had. The cheese steak was delicious. The bread was perfect, the sandwich toppings perfectly cooked. We also had shared a spinach/artichoke dip with deliciously seasoned chips. Our server Dana was ah-maz-ing. Friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I feel like she really went above and beyond with us. Hope we can go back before I head home. The rest of the menu looked fantastic.

Easy access, located in the Lake Charles Historical District, downtown. Good ambiance, service and menu. The food is very tasty, ( the Grilled Tuna, particularly ) while affording a more casual bar area for dining and/or a place to terry while awaiting a table if necessary.
