We drove all the way from Beaumont to eat here. Walked in right at 5p.m. They were able to sit us at two different tables but could not put the tables together. How absurd. Their reasoning was that they had reservations at 6 o'clock. There was literally no one in there. We would have been in and out by 6. They must not need the business. We walked down to 1910 down the street. How Sad they couldn't accommodate us. I also didn't see any thing on website about reservations recommended.

It's a sad shame the chef waste their talents with such amazing food in an establishment that the wait staff nor the management care about customer care. When you are continually removing items from a bill cause your server just don't deliver until we are upset is a huge issue. When the manager rolls her eyes cause we are finally inpatient waiting for check that we asked for 2xs. I wish gratuity could've been removed cause sincerely he deserved $0 tip. The cook deserved that money cause at least the food was good. Last visit was before the storm and I remember why. Waste of time and money!!

Enjoyed the food and atmosphere but it is pricey. Went for dinner.
Atmosphere: elegant and trendy merged together. It's classy and a great place for a gathering, date, or upscale meal with friends. I saw people dressed up (even a wedding party) and I saw people dressed casual.
Food: good variety- plain/shrimp/chicken pasta ($10.25-21.50), fish ($18- Market price), steak (market price- quoted $55+), desserts, calamari ($9.75), salads ($7.75-14), burgers and sandwiches ($9+), and more. They also serve breakfast 6a-11a monday-saturday and brunch on Saturday 11a-2p.
Price: we ordered the shrimp Chipotle linguine ($20.25)- has an after spice, good portion; the rib-eye with baked potato and ceasar salad ($55)- cooked medium rare, sides were good and flavor of steak was good; calamari ($9.75)- cooked well, not chewy but didn't care for the pickles veggies with it. For that and 2 non-alcoholic drinks, it was about $90.
Service: Very friendly. Able to answer questions about the menu. Had to double check market prices (fish, steak, etc).
Location: downtown Ryan Street. We were able to park in a lot across the street and walk over.

Thoroughly enjoyed our corned beef reuben, thick slices, made in house. The burger was thick and juicy, cooked medium with a touch of pink. The french fries are crispy and the setting is nice. Big fan of Elton Louviere, local artist to Lake Charles, they had one of his train prints on display with other artwork.

The staff was amazing! Our host & server were very friendly and welcoming. The chicken tortellini was good, it was just too greasy i couldn’t finish it.

I found the food to be a bit pricey for the portion size. The atmosphere is awesome.

Great place for lunch or business meetings. Have had several lunch & learns for customers here - convenient location. Friendly service. Good food. Monte Cristo sandwich is legendary - must have. Nice outside area if the weather is accommodating. Quiet for breakfast and good coffee.

The food was excellent. The Oysters Pujo was very different. I like to try different foods when I go out to eat. Fried oysters with pecan pieces on top of them was very different and delicious. The shrimp tacos were excellent also. A little pricey though but I don't mind paying for food that is very good and on point.

I went to Pujos during an extended lunch break, 2 days in a row. It has a funky exterior and inside is classy but casual, great for a business lunch!
Day one I scored a delightful in house hummus with flatbread (saved the hummus to eat later it was so good) and for my entrée I had my first ever Monte Cristo. Ive fallen in love with this sandwich and want to go back for their breakfast/lunch beignets. It was hot and crispy and moist with just the right amount of powdered sugar and a delightful raspberry sauce to drizzle over top. I got a side of fries both days and theyre the best Ive had in this town. Good crunch, good sweet/spicy seasoning but doesnt overshadow the potato itself.
Lastly on mu second day I had the spinach and artichoke dip with crisp Pita chips and it was to die for, nice and creamy and cheesy, youll want to like the serving bowl clean. Pita chips seemed to be done in house, cant tell if they were bought in good quality or hand cut and baked. For an entrée I had the Philly cheesesteak poboy with jalapeños. Was very good but I think Ill go with the Monte Cristo again next tims, that was a home run for my first time with that sandwich and all others will be judged against it!
Staff were courteous and prompt!
