Had a really nice experience here. The food was VERY good! But most importantly, we came in late, a little after 8 when they close 9, and didn't get our order until after 8:30. Most places I would expect the wait staff to make us feel rushed as if we were keeping them from closing up shop. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive, made us feel as if we weren't overstaying our welcome, and was very nice when I made a bunch of requests on how I wanted my sandwich made. 10/10 will return, just on great service alone. Lovely atmosphere and amazing food. Never disappointed. Best crab cakes in Lake Charles. Magnolia crawfish stuffed spud is outstanding. It's a local favorite.

First time here. Everything was great! Not a single thing disappointed. THE BEST BLOODY MARYS! Started with the fried green tomatoes. Crispy batter on the outside and the creole sauce on top was flavorful. For the entree we had the redfish Orleans. Fish was cooked perfectly as were shrimp that topped it. Chicken and sausage gumbo is a must try. Tastes like home cooked gumbo. The other drinks we tried were really good as well: WooHoo (may want to add an extra shot if you prefer stronger drinks), the Bayou Breeze (very smooth) and top shelf margarita.

Only thing that keeps it from 5 stars is it did take a while to get our food. May have just been the day but other than that service was great food was great and atmosphere is great. I would recommend to anyone that it’s worth the stop

The service here is friendly and attentive. The food on this day was just ok . Also a little pricey for what you get. I will try it again in hopes it's better.
