Food was divine and the service was even better. Definitely coming back to try more entrees.

One of the better places to eat for sure while in Lake Charles! The seafood is amazingly seasoned with flavorful sides, just enough to have an explosion of flavors 😋! Their bartenders also mixes up some very delightful concoctions that pair perfectly with the meal. Definitely a place I'll be returning when I come back.

As always, a recent visit to Nina P's was absolutely perfect. Fried green tomatoes, chicken fried chicken, and chicken who doo sandwich were off the chain with flavor and beautifully presented. Service could not have been better. Nina P's never disappoints!

The food is good. I called in our order to avoid waiting. When I got there 30 mins after I called, I asked twice if my order was ready. They replied, "Just a minute, I'll check." Finally, the young lady working the door that was seating people helped me out. Got our food, went home, and had a great meal. One thing, the prices on Facebook are not the same. I inquired, and I was just told they went up. It's not an issue for us. I'm just letting you know. Lunch is very good and busy. Get there early.

Very cute restaurant. Got quickly packed on a Saturday for lunch.

Location: Parking lot is decent. Easy to get to.

Seating: Small inside, so seating is limited. Tables only, no booths. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

Service: Friendly and welcoming. We had no issues.

Food: A decent variety. Gumbo, burgers, salads, potatoes, redfish, poboys, fried green tomatoes, etc. I got a chicken salad, but wasn't impressed. It was very minimal and the tomato and onion was not cut up. It was served on a plate so it wasn't easy to cut with so little room to spare. We also got the fried green tomatoes appetizer- it was good, but a little soggy from the grease. The dipping sauce (crawfish) was the BOMB! That was the best thing I ate during our visit. In the past, we tried and loved their beignets too.

Prices: A bit pricey for what you get.

Pros: Service, great atmosphere, variety. Crawfish dipping sauce and beignets.

Cons: What you get for the price was underwhelming.

Overall, I would try again, but get something different.

I purchased two orders to go . Both had hamburger steaks and baked potatoes . Arriving home found our food cold and overcooked . The baked potatoes were so hard they must have been done the day before . I called them and they said you should have brought them back . Really ? They are the only restaurant that says that . I had my receipt. $ 40 is what I paid but never again . Sorry food and service

Me,my sister, and mom came for mothers day weekend from San Antonio. When we walk in the hostess said it will be 15 to 20 min wait or we can sit at the bar it would be quicker service. However there were about 4 tables that could have been cleaned. My sister said these tables can't be cleaned. The hostess was looking around confused for a few seconds as if she didn't want to clean the tables for us. We got the impression as if she didnt want my family there. We are a black family.

Travelling from another State and someone from Olive Garden said why eat at a chain restaurant when you can get delicious Louisiana food from Nina-P's. We proceeded to drive another mile to NP's. Giving a two star b/c the place was not busy, but none of the server's took the time to sweep the food & paper off the floor the entire time. The server in my opinion was lazy and never asked if we needed anything or not. We did indicate this was our first visit at this restaurant. The chicken & sausage gumbo was okay, however, the crawfish bread was delicious. The shrimp salad was standard. Next time we will probably follow our heart and eat at Olive Garden, because overall we did not feel welcome at Nina-P's & as I stated cleanliness did not appear to be maintained by anyone. Why waste time & energy? America has way too many options.
