Horrible service!!! Walked in the store to see four employees present and none acknowledged my presence. After asking how long will it take to be served, one of the employees said “we’ll be with you in a minute” and resumed their private conversation. I left the store!

I usually don’t like giving bad reviews, but this is just ridiculous. This place never gets your order right (has happened too many times), and if you leave and come back after realizing, it will be too late to for them to give you actually ordered. Please make sure you make sure you got what you ordered before peeling off.

Worst Dunkin Donuts ever. Beware they water down your coffee big time. When I said something about it they acted like I was stupid. My husband and I watched him but water in the latte. BEWARE IF YOU GO TO THIS DUNKIN. I WILL NEVER BE GOING AGAIN

Scoops of ice cream are small unless the manager makes them. I understand ice cream is frozen but it takes practice. Ordered a root beer float and it didn't have near enough ice cream...i was disappointed. There was a guy in training but he isn't the one that made my float...the female training him did. Not a good way to train new employees. Comment cards are needed. Another time at drive thru, ordered a powdered sugar donut with chocolate filling and got a bavarian cream one. Business started off fine, don't know why service is dropping. Could be frequent change in employees.
