Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins

Clean and great service. It’s part of a larger store but this place is worth the stop. Be careful the cashier, Vipan is a great salesman who will upsell you like crazy. I came in for 2 donuts and left with 6 plus sandwiches.

I am glad to have this dunkin donuts in the area. My last experience at Dunkin donuts was out of town and I wasn't impressed at all with the service or selection. I so happy I decided to try this one. I am once more a big fan their selection fits me and the coffee and customer service was great.

Friendly staff and great coffee. This was my first visit to this location and I will definitely be back! I had no idea Baskin Robin's was also in the same location either. They aren't allowing anyone to go inside but the drive thru is open.

Nice store with a lot of new employees. The store and restrooms were clean. You should try the iced butter pecan coffee.

This is an excellent Dunkin' Donuts location. They are in a busy area of Lake Charles with a school, two major department stores, medical offices, banks, a hospital, and more located nearby, so getting into the parking lot can be a chore (unless you know the local shortcut). The service is always friendly and the coffee is very good. My kids enjoy the donuts and my wife and I love the roll ups. We've only had ice cream at this location once and it was delicious. I really like this location and recommend checking it out.

They customized cake to match the theme and made the design we picked up. All of our guests enjoyed the cake 🎂. Thank you for the good service. Must recommend for ice cream cakes.

Clean atmosphere but no one greeted me at all. They just started blankly as i walked in. Cashier was drinking behind the counter which is likely a health code violation. The order was quick enough. I just didn't find the atmosphere welcoming.

So happy they are in town. Great service, wonderful menu, and of course, the coffee!

The employee that took my order was very nice and patient. I can never make up my mind.

Lobby was closed so drive thru. No cinnamon donuts so fine just give me plain. "You mean glazed?" Fine just give me glazed and a large black coffee. Worker mumbles something at the window and gives me my order. Drive out and discover my large black coffee has EIGHT CREAMS AND EIGHT SUGARS in it. How do you screw up that bad? No more drive thru for me.
