Don't piss Kate off. Lol just joking. The usual Cotton's old fashioned burgers that her dad immortalized at the memorial hospital location. Set in an historic diner in the heart of downtown. The old Mary Ann's. Trendy, busy, great wait staff, fast service, add in the artisan specialty burgers and it's the busiest lunch spot downtown. I usually go in off hours when it's more relaxed, a slower pace. Breakfast all day cooked on a grill behind the counter. Kate, the owner is there most days and is fun to catch up with. Special orders aren't a problem. My favorite specialty burgers is stuffed with feta cheese and Jalapenos. Absolutely worth the trip by itself.

Let me start with i dont ever leave reviews and i am the most patient restaurant customer ever, i understand stuff happens but this was pure laziness. Service was terrible, walked in and we were only second couple in their. Waiter didnt pay attention to anything we said. One hour after the order was taken wifes order came out wrong, they did correct it promptly. Another 15 mins goes by and the waiter asks if i had ordered anything because i was sitting there with no food, cook asks if it was on the ticket. I walked out shaking from anger and i was hungry, the place was also disgusting dirty and restroom was horrible. Have fun eating here and good luck!

Great "hole in the wall" place. The food is always great. The staff is super nice and the wait time usually isn't bad. My favorite spot to get a good old fashion no frills burger!

Hole in the wall diner food, the food was ok but I would suggest to please service the ventilation and exhaust system my eyes were watery and itchy the entire time I was there making it very uncomfortable to enjoy my meal, the couple who sat in front of me didn't even finished their meal as the husband was having the same issue. 35 min to get my meal from the time I ordered.

Wow! You must stop here when passing through town. Their hashbrowns, toast and pancakes were unique and delicious. We were excited to substitute a bun for a donut on our breakfast sandwich! Last but not least, our waitress Meagan greeted us with the southern hospitality that we all love!

Still the best burger in town. Kate and our staff doing excellent job of keeping the cotton tradition going. What a treat to have the cottons tradition in our downtown.

Great Old Fashioned Cheeseburger and fried shrimp dinner was excellent. Don't forget to get onion rings. Great old diner atmosphere. Great late lunch with a great friend. Just great.

The food was okay. The place seemed abused. The furniture looked 50 years old .. now that would be quint and nostalgic if it was nice furniture that was lovingly cared for. This furniture just was rough, and beat to hell, and rusty and greasy. There were rags keeping the tables from being tippy.

The food is very good, only downfall was when they brought out the waffle cinnamon roles they didn’t let us know how hot the icing ones. I literally accidentally dropped some on me while picking it up to eat and omg was I in so much pain.
