French Press Coffeehouse

I've been going to french press since they opened the doors 10 years ago I cant say enough great things about them there is no better coffee or service anywhere else. Every year when I go on vacation I take a gallon with me because you cant get that perfect taste anywhere else. Even the food is great and the amount is so worth every penny.

Love to see a coffeehouse with staff that enjoy working together. Coffee also just great, real good dark roast.

Great venue, lots of space hangout, study. Good variety of food - breakfast and pastries. Some of their coffee blends are great.
Sometimes they do mix up your orders but they genuinely try to fix it right away.

When it comes to taste, French Press surpasses Starbucks or any other leading coffee shop. This is the only location I've been to and I've never had a bad cup of coffee, tea, or freeze. The only downfall is that there is not much parking space so you'll end up going through the drive-thru or having to park somewhere else. Besides that I think its great!

Fast friendly service. Most menu items can be adjusted to be vegetarian friendly. I recommend the Hot Red Velvet latte with Soy if u are in the mood for a sweet treat for a drink. I love the wraps here as well.

Food and drinks are good. Customer service is horrible in william location. The staff in this location is the worst so immature and childish. Staff here is full of gossip and talk over there microphone about the guest. If they stop doing this will probably make the right drink and be more mature about it. Extremely rude! It would be nice to see better staff in this place. Used to be my fav location when it was first opened when they had welcoming staff. Severn has the best customer service and best staff

The atmosphere was nice - a cozy place to shelter from the rain. I was looking forward to having a latte here, but it was just ok. MickeyD's hot lattes are better. Really. A truly good plus was that they had at least one sugar-free item for ppl watching their waistlines.

I’ve always loved French Press. I was disappointed this time. My husband and I visited the Kenner Location. It was really dirty. We ordered the NY style Oreo cheesecake and lattes. The lattes were great, but the cheesecake was not.

Awful experience. At about 8:45 p.m. one of the servers boyfriend came in and sat at a table. She went and sat with him flirting and playing with his hair while customers are waiting. The next thing is she goes and sits in a vehicle with him in the back parking lot For 30 minutes. The boyfriend leaves and she comes back again waiting on customers as if this were normal. Absolutely disgusting. Very trashy and unprofessional. Who else knows what goes on there? My family and I will never return.

Just tried a Vanilla Latte.....it’s to die for. The best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I also had a fresh sausage croissant. Warm and buttery croissant with fresh shredded cheese, egg and sausage. A true must try!
