Better than Starbucks I get it like 5 days a week my favorite is the wedding cake la freeze large every time.

The food and coffee is amazing ! Better than any coffee I've tasted. The staff is okay, but Katy the manager or whoever is she is not. She yells at the staff in front of customers during a rush and seem to take the works move slower with extra things. She is loud and obnoxious and always blocking drive-thru on Tuesdays like she can not wait for customers. She is an Inconvenience to the company. Good Luck Mr. Nunez.

I love French Press! I am not a coffee drinker. I go for their scones and sweet tea almost every morning. I often have meetings there. It's a great environment. Their mixed berry spinach salad is delicious! Bailey is my all time favorite barista!

Pretty solid. Lots of parking space. Lots of space inside. Coffee good. Quiet -- although many of the French Press has a clean-bleach smell a lot times -- it's good that they clean but it is slightly overpowering so one suggestion is to do the cleaning before the store opens for business.

I went to this place for the first time looking forward to a great experience. I ordered two beverages and a slice of king cake. The slice of king cake was given immediately since they have it ready on the front counter, but they took an exact time of 40 minutes to give me the beverages. This was not a great experience as I was looking forward to it.

I love this place! Been coming here since they opened, several years ago. They have a large variety of delicious flavors of both coffee and tea, as well as bubble teas, lattes, etc. Coffee is smooth, not bitter. Yummy treats (my faves are the apple cinnamon or blueberry scones) and very good little lunches. I love to have their chicken salad on a toasted croissant; the sliced grapes in the salad are a perfect complement to the chicken and croissant. Ususlly quick service, even when busy. Sad to see they stopped the Loyalty punch cards, but pricing is much more reasonable than other popular coffeehouses, so that won't stop even one visit. I go every time I am near one, and they have 3 locations now ( Williams in Kenner, Severn in Metairie, and on Airline Hwy in Metairie).

Love French Press' selection of coffee and food. The coffee drinks here are great and they've expanded the menu in recent years to offer more Starbucks frapuccino-like drinks. The location has ample, comfortable seating so it's great for some quiet time with a book or laptop.

This location is super convenient to my house. The managers on shift are always very helpful. Brad is a wonderful person to see in the morning, he is always cheerful and is knowledgeable about the menu. The store is very clean and drive thru is quick.

Had the Western omelet sandwich and a small French press blend for $7. The food and drink was good with reasonable price. Inside is bright, spacious, and clean, but the temperature is kept a bit too low.

Wow. The best coffee around. The best croissants. Try the chicken salad too on a croissant. Oh my yummy deliciousness. 2nd best chicken salad iv ever had. Very sweet baristas too. Best coffee in town.
