I buy my beans here and make my own mocha at home. They do a good job roasting and the atmosphere seems nice. The last few times I've gone, they haven't had medium roast available in small bags which is weird, since they have giant 5lb bags of it piled up.
Their hours of operation are kinda weird, too.

I was visiting from out of state so not likely to return but if I were local I would revisit. Staff was very friendly and got my order in and out quickly. Hot chai was quite tasty. Loved the outdoor seating option. Overall was a good experience.

I decided to finally check out City Roots on my lunch break and I didn't regret it. The staff and environment is inviting. I enjoyed the decor and they even have outside sitting. I ordered the mocha and was pleased with it's taste and consistency. I very much recommend this place.

This place is incredible! Coffee is better than any national chain. All beans roasted in house. Baristas were very knowledgeable and polite. Couldn't be happier with coffee.

So adorable! Great coffee! I got a mocha cappuccino with oat milk. Delicious! They also have tea and space to study, talk, rest.. great stop!

The coffee was delicious!! I also had the quiche, yum!! The service was kind and atmosphere calm and clean.

I love being here. I can not say enough about the wonderful atmosphere. The staff is super friendly, the coffee and tea creations are divine. I can’t get enough.

Second time visiting and I love the coffee, the atmosphere and definitely the customer service! Thank you city roots for making me feel so comfortable when I go to get my morning coffee ♡♡ very happy this morning I tried the nitro vanilla coffee and the breakfast pizza, AMAZING.
