This is THE best coffee house I have visited! I asked for a random drink ... which was divine !
The clientele was super diverse, I would give this place a Michelin star ;)

The music was amazing, I even asked who was playing..
I have walked away with two music bands to enjoy, a new drink I didn't know existed, and a smile in my soul

I love this shop. Great bagels & spreads to go with. My go-to is the espresso shake, but lately I've really been enjoying The Hard Times. With tip, I usually spend around $13 - which I think is very affordable for a large iced coffee & bagel. Highly recommend.

I love how welcoming the atmosphere is at OLCC! Not only do they have tasty coffee and treats, but they have many resources for the community. It has been such a gift to have a space in my neighborhood that is doing so much good!! & a space where all sorts of people can feel safe. Great job y’all!!

Tbh, North Lime coffee is way better! However, they do have excellent food items on the menu that is worth a stop. I have had their hummus plate more than once and it is excellent! Staff are always very friendly & I like what they are trying to do in creating a community space in Old Lou that is outside of the bar scene.

That being said, the indoor seating is a bit chaotic and not always ideal as a coffee shop hangout. But the outdoor patio is really nice!

To summarize, if you are looking for coffee, I would suggest heading down the street. But if you want to read out in the sun with your hummus plate, check out the Co-op! The late hours are a big plus too.

Y'all don't understand. This place is haven. A sanctuary. Every time I walk in I feel my crops being watered, my skin getting clearer, and a cat somewhere gets a little happier. It's not just the best: it's better than the best. The baristas are all divine. The gold standard for a good, welcoming space.

My favorite coffee shop in the city hands down. The tea and coffee are fantastic. Even better than the food is the labor model. Everyone working there is a part owner, and the profit is distributed based on hours worked. Love to see it.

Best coffee shop in the state, and some other states as well. The owners are incredible and attentive. The coffee is VERY well priced and the sweets are always on point. My favorite part is that I can get a PB&J there and they even offer crunchy PB and strawberry jelly (it is the little stuff for me). If you are getting coffee elsewhere, stop it. Support people who support our community: OLCC.

I will never visit a place that is so blatantly against the individuals who put their lives on the line to protect us.
I wish Louisville’s police officers would follow the “no police allowed” welcome sign when the day comes that there is an emergency at this pathetic establishment. Unfortunately, most police officers have far more integrity than that and will still go into this ratchet building to protect the customers and associates who show such blatant disregard for the officers. It’s incredibly disgusting what Louisville has become.

Super friendly welcoming baristas plus a central neighborhood location in Old Louisville with comfy seating options. The iced coffee I ordered was delicious and made exactly as I requested. I was able to lock my bike to the metal planters out front and could keep an eye on my bike from inside. Update: There are now two bike racks next to the entrance!

I am beyond excited that this wonderful inclusive Coffee Coop in my neighborhood. Old Louisville has needed this incredible space for a long time. Have stopped in a couple of times recently and the staff are so kind and helpful. Great coffee and baked goods.
