Paradise Donuts

I had very high hopes for this place because multiple people recommended them as I was planning my daughter in laws baby shower. However, I was let down! when I first called to make an order The woman on the phone was very condescending and interrupting me as I was trying to explain what I was wanting . All I wanted was regular glazed donuts with pink yellow and teal colored frosting on the tops, I placed my order and she gave me a time for pick up. I arrived on time to pick up my order and I waited in line as she served the other customers, I observed that she was rude to everyone in line ahead of me. When I got up to the counter I noticed that the donuts were stacked on top of each other and the tops of the boxes were touching the tops of the donuts. She was rude to me while I was checking out and I got out of there as fast as possible, I would’ve said something about the quality but I wanted to avoid conflict because the baby shower was about to start. Below I will post some pictures of the donuts they looked a complete mess they looked unprofessional and the frosting on some had come off to the bottoms of others from being stacked on each other and everyone was dissatisfied with the taste of them as well. I normally don’t leave reviews and the only reason I am is because of how rudely I was treated as a paying customer. Most the time I can handle one or the other; rude service but a good product or a bad product but good service, however this place had bad service and unimpressive donuts. Unfortunately, I do not see myself returning to do business with them. I wish I had a more positive experience to share!

Hands down best donuts donuts ever! And they are huge. Sadly you have to go early or you'll miss out! Super friendly and great service. Love it.

Paradise donuts has the best donuts in Topeka, That's not to say that The other donut places are not good. Paradise donuts are just the BEST, only downside is Paradise donuts close At 10 AM. Most of the time he is out of doughnuts about 9:30 AM. So if you want some great donuts you Gotta Get🏃‍♂️🧑‍🦼 there before 9am.

This place serves one of the best glazed donuts I’ve ever had! Who needs a chain donut when you can have an amazing breakfast with an awesome local business! I wish my waistline would allow for a donut from here everyday!

I tried the cheddar sausage roll and the jalapeno cheese sausage roll. They are like a cheese brat baked in a croissant. I also bought a chocolate sprinkled cake donut and a plain blueberry cake donut. My favorite was the Thick maple glazed donut. Can you hear the angels sing, "🎶YUM🎶"?
They also have coffee with a variety of mixed flavors. If you are wanting a sweet-tooth carb fix. Stop by for a little taste of Paradise.

Love Paradise Donuts! I go by their second location at 21st and Urish regularly to get donuts for the family or the office! they are always delicious and fresh and the staff is very friendly.

These donuts are always on point. Their glazed donuts are sublime. The texture is as light as a feather. The flavor is unmatched. Their cake donuts are flavorful.
