Rind & Grind Salina

Delicious shakes! They are beyond great. I’ve been able to sample them thru the sharp boot camps and plan to continue with them once their done.

I went to the rind n grind and it was real cool. The kid in the pink hat did a real good job at talking and making my drink to perfection. Definitely will be coming back.

Best shakes in town. Always warm and inviting staff. Love the atmosphere inside and having a healthy option in town!

ive always been into working out and getting fresh clean protein from rind and grind has helped me on my journey, shout out to Mr. Daniel Buchanan for recommending nothing but the best he is a true worker and takes his job serious will be coming back soon

The place is pretty good but I'm always amazed by service that is inept. How do you order two items as the only customer in there and still only receive one?

This was a wonderful place to work at until one of our co workers tried to get someone in trouble/fired to seem like a “hero”. Talked to the Owners about it & they did nothing to resolve the problem. unprofessional & upsetting.

It's so hard to find healthy shakes that actually taste good! So many options and they are all great!

Finally got to try this place, Me and my girlfriend both enjoyed our smoothies. Happy to have a place for something healthy in Salina.

Not a place to have coffee.. nasty.. no one there is friendly or knows how to make a latte.. it's clean n nice but not for coffee
