Rind & Grind Salina

I loved it but my friend did not enjoy it because it wasn’t super sweet. Healthier options but suggest adding some very basic smoothies to the menu for people that want something sweet and refreshing.

Friendly service everytime I show up. The shakes are full of real fruit and the flavors are amazing if you choose thier protein. The coffee is underrated this might be the best place for coffee in town. I can't wait for this summer to try out the fresh squeezed limeades.

I went to try this place this morning. I get there and cars are parked out front so i decided to use drive thru . Google says it opens at eight the drive-through says it opens at seven. I get there I’m waiting in line as there is a car in front of me. She pulls forward . I pull up. Someone says can i help you , I say just a minute I place my order and wait. no one ever speaks back so I drive to the window and wait but no one’s there. I wasted 17 minutes of my morning.

I used to get their smoothies every morning, but last week the owners wife made it and it tasted odd, kind of like chewing a multi- vitamin, I thought it was just that my taste was off, so I drank it and got extremely sick. She must have added too much of something, I haven't been back there since. I'd recommend that you watch when she makes it, and take it back if it has any funny taste to it at all.

The employees are knowledgeable and very fun to talk to. The company carries amazing ingredients and there is an endless variety for your smoothies. I’m blown away by the quality, taste, and staff of this company. 10/10 recommend for anyone! Most smoothies/shakes come with raw or whey protein, ingredients you don’t see elsewhere, and they even have a great selection of vegan options. Awesome coffee, too!

Best smoothies in town hands down. Always consistent and quick. I tried the Koko-nut the first time and loved it. Today I gave the tropical escape a shot since it was hot out and was wanting something refreshing, let me tell you, this was awesome. Great flavors and great nutritional value!

Love all their options. Awesome morning coffee stop as well.

I’m a wonderful fan of the cold brew and highly recommend it. Did I mention that it tastes so much better than Starbucks cold brew, well that’s what I heard from one of our amazing customers.

I’m always here right when you guys open, takes staff members 5/10 minutes to even take my one drink order, I tried to be patient as I always come here for a drink before work occasionally. But I’m very disappointed I’ve been sitting in your drive thru for over 15/20 minutes by the time I get a drink and am able to leave. I love the shakes but the customer service is awful. Not sure if I’ll be coming back after this morning.
