Rind & Grind Salina

I workout at Sharp Performance and participate in their fitness classes. Sharp gets their shakes for class from Rind and Grind and they taste amazing!! My favorites are the Peanut Butter (which tastes like a Reeces Cup), and the Strawberry (which tastes like strawberry nesquick). They arent too thick and/or too lite either. Quality shakes. Love them!!

So many options! I've had their smoothies and lemonade, all have tasted great! Friendly staff. Love the rewards program.

Edit: I have gone back and it looks like the issue has been addressed. The blenders are super loud, which I did not hear during my first visit. I think the manager or owner is there in the am and he is awesome.

Went today and had a Koko-nut which was amazing! The staff member on the other hand was not. I had never been there before, so I was asked if I wanted to join the rewards program. I guess the staff member couldn't hear me on two occasions because she scowled at me and was just generally not very polite. My voice is soft so the first time I gave the benefit of the doubt, but the second time I felt like I was screaming. Didn't think it helped that she was listening with the ear that was also blocked by the headset.

Smoothies are delicious and they have a lot of good healthy options to choose from. However, as being a previous staff member here AND “general manager”, I’d have to say that it is quite unprofessional in my eyes to see that I was being let go for no reason due to the fact that they were unable to pay my hourly wage; yet they go and hire an entirely new staff and have not taken in consideration of establishing a proper management team for this business.

On 4/15 order number order confirmation #8JES Took forever after placing an online order trying to avoid a wait. The employee was almost in tears over someone quitting and the store owners not around. It didn’t seem like a positive work environment where the owners who opened it had a pulse on what was going on or cared. Won’t be around long with that kind of neglect! Smoothies were fine, what you would expect from a smoothie place in Kansas. Not too fresh and adding sugar to everything. Won’t be back.

Customer service is not great. There was no small talk or anything to make you feel welcomed in being a first time customer. While my smoothie was being made, the worker was on her phone at the same time. Very unhappy with my experience.

Really good smoothies and coffee, we come from Hesston Kansas to enjoy them. The staff is fantastic, upbeat and energetic. Love the new take on smoothies with Rind and Grind.

Their hiring practices are crazy, saw their ad, they want a 2 year level of customer service skill, while paying entry level wages with borderline illegal absences policies. Definitely won't be stopping in for an application or smoothie.

I went through the drive through and asked about the nutritional information on a keto friendly item. I wanted to know about calories and carbs,, I was told they really don't know what's in them. I really feel like this is bad for business. Information such as this is very important to some!
