Scooter's Coffee

I went here based off reviews. Some said the blender was a real treat. I ordered in the app, a LG. Carmelicious Blender w/ extra shot & 10% tip. Friendly staff member handed me my drink, “here you go!”. First sip Amazing. A delicious summer blender treat!! Blended wonderfully!! Pic May not do it justices. My coffee taste buds are happy. Quick and easy coffee to go. Too bad I live a good 20min.. Keep it up!!!

Went to the drive through - no one would say anything. Figured the box wasn’t working. Went to the drive thru window and saw an employee in there. We waiting patiently for her to help us, nothing. We continued to wait while she blatantly ignored us. Checked the website, by this time is was 10 minutes before close, even though we wasted over 5 minutes at the speaker and window. Employee wouldn’t even acknowledge us. Horrible customer service. Went down the street to Dunkin and was greeted with amazing service! Just wish we would have been acknowledged.

I've been coming here for months now, and I totally love this location. Cassandra and Allisa are the best and always get my order exactly perfect. It's pretty awesome to walk in and have them ask "the usual?" And always get it right. Feels like visiting family. 😁

Excellent staff, service and products.
You need to stop in and try a blender! They're quite a treat.

Update: I tried a Twix blender today. It's the most incredibly yummy frosty, wonderful coffee drink I've had in ages! Y'all gotta stop in and try their candy bar flavored blenders. If you don't, you are truly missing out!

I don't make it to Scooters every morning, but about a year ago, I started going at least once a week to grab a large iced tea. The weekday morning crew is fantastic. They got more and more fabulous as the months went by. They know who I am, and I've slowly learned everyone's names. They are a breath of fresh air at this location. They're never rude. Some days you can tell they're having a busy morning, just by the line, but you wouldn't know it on their faces. They're enjoying their work and are so sweet. If you go to this Scooters, say hello to the morning crew. I can't say enough. I will go out of my way on weekends to come to this Scooters location, no matter who is working because I know it's going to be an awesome experience! 5 ✨ today and every day!

Ordered a cup of hot brewed coffee thru the drive thru. Coffee was lukewarm. I asked if they could warm it or give me hot coffee. Was told the could not heat it and company policy is it left the store (drive thru window) so I would need to buy another cup. I wasn't paying for another cup of the same lukewarm coffee. Not what I wanted on a cold day.

Sigh. I had THE best cappuccino here ! I tasted it and immediately thought, why hasn’t every cappuccino I’ve had, tasted this good ?! I had to sit here for an hour and do some charting on my laptop - staff kept the place squeaky clean. They also greeted everyone upon entry and seemed genuine. I did tune in real hard but could tell even with no customers in there (except for me in the back) that they all get along well and enjoy their job. So much positive vibes. I don’t leave reviews very often but this experience just made my day! 🥰❤️
