Hit or miss on orders being right or messed up. Tonia is super rude and intentionally got my order wrong even though I kept repeating it so she could get it right and she said she'd fix it if I hurried up and told her what I wanted to drink and then never did. Upcharged me $2.00 so another girl was really kind and fixed it for me. I'm not sure the other girl's name

Under the circumstances, it was a great place for lunch. They left out part of our order and we had to go back. But it was °95 and very busy!!

By far the WORST Sonic i have ever been to, and i have been to many sonics. The girl who took our order was practically screaming at us through the speaker. our totchos had next to no cheese and baja sauce and WHOLE strips of bacon. What in the world. Drinks were find but it’s hard to mess that up. 0/10 worst sonic ever in the worst city in kansas ever.

In case yall wanna get ripped off head on down to Sonic East, where you'll pay $3 for a large drink which will be 90% ice and 10% of your flat soda. Experience just keeps getting worse and worse. Last time I'm going there

Fast and friendly service, good food made to your liking. Only problem I had was they always have a hard time hearing you at the drive thru but the stationary ordering machine work great.

I was impressed with the service. I ordered 9-# 2's DBL cheese burgers with tots and drinks... It was out to me in about 6 mins. Oh, and the food was good too👍👍👍

Ordered a large sprite it came out cold and quick, but tasted like straight carbonation....asked the carhop to please bring me a different one, but it still tastes like i receivced the same drink back.

Quality of service is terrible. Person taking order is rushed, always takes my order wrong. First time, I was treated as if it was my mistake. Today, 01/26/19 again order taken wrong asked to repeat my order. I corrected my order, she still managed to get it wrong.
