Sonic Drive-In

Did have good food, now they under cook tater tots, breakfast burritos are 1/3 of the size they used to be, and the service has gone down hill. Don't know if I will go back for dinner food, will go back for ice cream. Just got the grilled cheese double burgers, did the definition of Texas toast change? Just toasted regular bread.

Sonic west is bad about how long you have to wait. I ordered through the app. Had to wait 10 minutes past when I had asked for my order to be ready. It says whoever is on the way and they are not. I order an add in for my drink and most time it's not there but I'm charged for it. I will be going to Sonic east from now on

3 times I've been here. 3 times they could not get a simple hamburger right. I asked "may I get a Jr burger meal with no mustard and no pickle." I got a burger drowned in mustard. It's replacement was also drowned in mustard. I threw it away. Same thing the next two times. They also kept screwing up my husband's orders with forgetting sauce, giving wrong sauce, or giving small when ordered large. Sonic is off our list of places to eat permanently.

I have just left the drive up. 12:30 pm. Sunday Oct 3rd. Nice people. Tots were so cold and left over. I have to think they were left over from Saturday night. Beef pattys were left over and cold. Come on people. Can't you do better than that

Tonight I decided to grab some sonic the line wasn’t long but I waited for about 10 minutes I don’t mind waiting as long as my order is correct I am a picky eater I can admit it so sometimes I am biased at restaurants but I don’t even have a complicated order here at sonic I just ask for no tomato’s on whatever I order but every single time I order a sandwich it comes with tomatoes even though on the receipt it already says no tomatoes I enjoy sonic I just don’t enjoy the experience but the drinks are always nice that’s why I give it 2 stars

It's not far my house, so me and my friend walk to get drinks and food.

Yet, multiple times we have waited 20mins and no one.

Who doesn't like Sonic? cheap drinks, good food, short wait times, all around a great place. It's not normally too long of a wait, but if you're going for a meal, I recommend at the beginning or end of the standard meal time, your food will be out almost as fast as you ordered it. The wait staff are very nice, and they are always on top of fixing the admittedly few mistakes that happen.

Everytime we visit this location something if not everything goes wrong. Staff cannot hear through speakers, I’m rushed and order is sent before I am done and has happen multiple times. The food and drinks are almost always incorrect or not cooked well. When manager is called they tell us they are too busy and to call back later. I will no longer be coming to this location.

We drove through there less than a minute ago, there were at least eight empty cars in the parking order spaces. Does this location want to discourage patronage from all customers who don't want to deal with the rude drive-through staff?
