Sonic Drive-In

Took over 45 minutes to get our food. First stall we went to didn't work. Waited over 20 minutes. Went to next spot and ordered. Took them 20 minutes to get our food. When it got there the order was wrong. But didn't want to wait another 30 minutes. So we just ate what we got.

Chicken tenders were horrible. I didn't even finish thrm

It would be 1 star if it wasn't for the delicious drinks I always come back for. Their intercoms are ALWAYS defective. On top of that we get an attitude because they can't hear us, and rudely tell us to "speak up."

I ordered the grilled cheese double burger and the meat tasted almost rancid. The Texas toast was as hard as bricks. I wonder if they leave their bread out all day?
Never again. It’s was so awful!

Great place for a quick bite. #10 grilled chicken sandwich hit the spot my wife says. I'm partial to the Super sonic breakfast burrito. The vanilla cherry coke was perfect. Great service and food. Always a place to stop when shopping.

When I ordered my food I told them I wanted an all American hot dog with everything large on it. And then I asked for 2 pretzels but instead I got 1 but then I asked them to get my other one. When I get my food I didn’t notice till I got home that I got a chili cheese hot dog and a medium drink and medium fries. Also when I tried correcting the guy taking my order he cuts me off and just says “thank you for ordering”. Poor service, got stuff incorrect, and an employee who still needs to be worked on.

Ordered Jumbo Popcorn Chicken and recieved small, hard pieces of mostly crust - no chicken. My babies (dogs) wouldn't eat them either.

The crispy chicken was fried to the hockey puck stage...it was so hard and dry I couldn't eat it. The lettuce was also bad and the fries were limp and very greasy....the disposal, however, enjoyed both. What ever happened to pride in what you serve?

Online order was not ready for pick up, waited 20 minutes and had to press the button to check on my order, was told there wasn't an order under my name and asked if it was under a different name but I had my receipt. They did not give an explanation or an apology for not having this order ready and on time.

Sonic is usually decent but this most recent visit our experience was sub par, we had a large order so it took quite a while which is expected but it took longer than it should have and half the food was cold when we got it, that's just bad service to serve cold food regardless of order size. The little things also matter like having no shakes and foot long coneys being served on 2 hotdog buns, I wouldn't deduct stars for those things but overall it shows a downward trend in the service of the restaurant if they can't even get the small things right.
