IHOP

This is one of my go to places for sit down eating in town. It simultaneously has both a relaxed and boisterous atmosphere, making for a great experience. The addition of being able to order breakfast or dinner at any time of day makes you feel like a kid in a candy shop. I've never had to wait long for for here, and the staff are very nice.

The servers are very rude. While I was eating They were standing in the boxed area next to my booth and I listened as they said “she doesn’t know how to seat People” realizing they were talking about the hostess who sat me I began to feel terrible for the hostess. She shouldn’t have to deal with that in a work place. IHOP employees are supposed to be professional. The servers are far from professional as they can get.

We were seated quickly, ordered and we're served our food in less than 15 minutes. Our server Matthew was friendly and quick with everything. Great experience for breakfast in Garden City, Kansas

We went on a Saturday after graduation as a decent sized party. About 12 people. Stood in the front lobby for over an hour then the manager said they were short staffed and couldn't help us. Didn't let us sit down in the restaurant to even wait. Very rude and horrible management. I'll never go there or recommend it.

Food was good. Service was horible. Took 15 minutes to get waited on. Took 45 minutes to get pancakes, eggs and bacon. Waitress took the coffee decanter to refill ann we had remind her twice to bring it back. Said the food was slow because of a lack of cooks even though people around us who came in after us had their food already. Not happy.

I might have been able to overlook the mediocre food if the service had been above non-existent or bare minimum. Not only was it bad but I was forced to pay for food I did not receive. The customer service was not anywhere near IHOP standards and the wait staff were poorly trained and did not understand the bAsic requirements of the job. All around, Management should be embarrassed. IHOP should investigate.

Showed up at 9:30pm after a day of travel and a funeral. We were met at the door and told they were closing. Even tho all the lights were on, including the Open 24 hrs sign. Disappointed to not be able to eat after a long emotional day.

Food is always good when I bring my family here. The waiter was great and funny. The place was pretty packed and we had no trouble be waited on with a nice and fun waiter. Food was here at a reasonable time for the place being busy as it was great place for a nice breakfast.

Can't remmeber the writer's name but he was young and funny. Very unorganized but his personality made up for it and we enjoyed our meal!

Manager very friendly servers polite as always.
