IHOP

As always a very good experience at IHOP. Food was very good and service was decent. Looked like they were a little short staffed. At least they had employees that showed up, which is good.

We stopped here for breakfast. The server Taylor was terrible. We were seated for 20 minutes before our order was taken. It took another 25 minutes to get out food. The manager ended up coming our meal. No apologies from good Ile Taylor.

They wouldn't seat me until all of my party arrived. Gave away my seating until they arrived then I had to wait another 15 minutes. Food came out warm but not hot after a twenty minute wait after ordering. They need to figure things out!

We come here almost every weekend and today the visit was HORRIBLE. The server was slow and unprofessional. He took our drink order and walked away. He came back 5 minutes later and asked us for our drink order. When he told him we already ordered he proceeded to ask us who took our order. Then it took him another 15 minutes to come back and take our food order. "IF"we come back we will not hesitate to ask for a different server if we are put in his section again.

26 minutes to receive a simple brunch order. Hash browns undercooked & inedible. The waitress acknowledged this. Steak overcooked, omelette cold. After our food was served we asked numerous times for silverware. Asked for ketchup & was told there were only 2 almost empty bottles in the restaurant. I politely informed the waitress of all these details but no relief was provided. This was one of the worst restaurant experiences ever.

Slow, dirty and the glass of water that my grandson had smelled like it had been dipped in some sort of chemical. Absolutely, hands-down the worst IHOP any of us had ever been to.

The food was alright but we had a very rude waitress. As me and 2 others walk in, Jennifer walks up to us with a dead look in her face as if we were a burden. I then said just 3. She proceeds to make a moking facial expression and counts out loud and points at each one of us. She then says you know I went to kindergarten and I can count to 3. She then proceeds to complain to us and say that she is being rude because her management told her that she can't drink her energy drinks and we can't be mad at her. When the food arrived she tossed the plates on the table and walked away. Very poor experience. I will not eat here again and will express my opinion towards this restaurant whenever the opportunity arises.

I usually enjoy IHOP. The service was poor, food was cold, and I had to wait a long time to pay. I waited for my server to take my card then I decided to pay at the desk and asked for help and still had to wait.

We love the food. The service however totally sucks. We eat every Friday night at midnight. The kitchen staff have sucked every visit. We send something back every time. We only have 2 choices of places to eat after midnight. Now we have only 1.

I dont even know how this place is still open. HORRIBLE service. Dont waste your time or your money. Food was nasty and old, the pancakes I believe were fresh however the server never brought out syrup after asking several times. Took him 30 min to bring out water. DONT GO HERE!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!
