Good food. Nice little place. Friendly staff. Took a bit to get our first cup of coffee but after that they were on top of it. Asked for crispy hash browns. Still pretty raw in the middle. In their defense, it is very hard to find a place that cooks them through like I like them. Have only ever found a couple of places.

Loved it. Atmosphere felt like the family small town diner. Food was really good. Service was super friendly. So much to try already excited about my next trip.

PerKup is an absolute favorite of mine. Staff is incredibly friendly. Service is fast and the food is delicious! Great breakfast options and their Philly Steak is a great meal for lunch. Recommend this establishment for sure.

Best breakfast & the French toast is a must. Coffee perfection! Delicious lunches, dinners, & desserts.

I love PerKup! It's honestly one of my favorite and most recommended restaurants in Des Moines. The Mama Mia omelette is my go-to, but I've never been disappointed. The $5 breakfast bread appetizer is also amazing!!

Our favorite breakfast place in Des Moines area. We go every weekend. Lines may seem long but they go pretty fast. We always get a crake roll and Monte Crisco and lattes are pretty dang good!

The food wasn't served very good as the hamburger had nothing on it. It meat cheese a hamburger bun there was a side dish that I ordered of coleslaw which was the best part of the meal. They don't serve onion rings or french fries. Had to ask for stuff to put on the hamburger and only got salad dressing no lettuce or tomato it even a slice of pickles. Just the meat cheese and bum.
I got the dressing but had to ask for it. And the hamburger was dry as was the bum. Sorry but it wasn't to my liking.

The wait was a whopping ten minutes at lunch rush for a seating of 5. Our orders varied greatly. When we got one order slightly over done they immediately fixed it. The food was homemade and fantastic. The biscuits and gravy was phenomenal and the gravy was from scratch. Will be returning

I LOVE this place! Great locally owned small place for breakfast. Food is amazing not just taste but pricing!!

First time going. I met up with a friend I hadn't seen in forever. We ordered a full meals and the waitress was good. The food was good but the table hostess kept coming by our table after and picking up anything she could before finally telling my friend she'd get her a to go cup because people were waiting. Basically kicking us out. No one was waiting and there was another empty booth nearby. I'll never go back
