Nice place to sit & visit over a good cup of coffee. Very comfortable. They also have a drive-thru.

Always friendly and fresh. They offer great breakfast choices, teas, smoothies and other good items too. 👍👍

Won a gift card from my bank and decided to use it today after my surgery for me and my sister.
Went to the Scooters on Floyd at 11:00 on Thursday the 4th.
Our barista was rude!
She never said Hi
She never said thank you
She never smiled and offered no help with our selections
I’m guessing she hates her job😡

We had to wait in line for ever and our drinks were cold. When we order hot drinks. I what's it going to wait to have him reordered we were in a hurry and I just wanted to get it over with.

Love Scooters, but the speed of service is often way too slow. This is mostly true in the mornings. You can see your drinks sitting there ready to go, but they may be short staffed and take a minute or two to come to the window.

Love this place, good product for the price and quality is always good.

Staff are always friendly. The latte's flavor is consistently brewed appropriately in the morning. The flavors are good for both sugar free and regular lattes. The smoothie's are are delicious. Cookies great. Muffins have an after taste of freezer. Love their attitudes! Afternoon staff the latte's consistency with the latte's are not always the same. They sometimes don't always follow directions. This is just the Floyd Blvd. Location in Sioux City, IA. Thank you!

Very pleasant and very clean store

Yesterday was my first time visiting here, I really enjoyed my order and will return again very soon

I am a scooter's drinker, and this location has got to be one of the first locations I have ever been so dissatisfied with. The lady interrupted me multiple times, then after I finally got one drink ordered she said ok pull up to the window, as I had to tell her I was not done ordering. I then got my 2nd drink order in and she again rushed to say pull up I was like lady I am not finished. I finally finished and got to the drive up window and she was very rude. You shouldn't have employees like this at a drive through window if they interrupt and try to rush through your orders then act out when you get to the window. Also my drinks were awful at this location. I will not return to this location.
