While the manager was great, he seemed to be the only employee that even cared. The three other servers were ambivalent and borderline rude. The food was pretentious and seems made for pics not enjoying. The glassware and silverware were dirty. Maybe one gluten free option and zero sugar free selections. We gave them a try because there weren't many Sunday options, but next time we'll just get Starbucks.

Daaaang! This place is hip.

Randomly stopped in on a Saturday and it was jumpin’ but they were able to literally squeeze us in to a teeny seat.

Nice atmosphere, coffee was great. The beet hummus on the veggie sandwich was unique in a good way and the avocado toast was scrumptious.

Will stop again - but I’ll make reservations!

Nice little spot for breakfast with great service and an excellent espresso menu. We grabbed a pineapple mimosa (we went single but bottomless is a great value!) and split the bananas foster brioche french toast--both were lovely.
With a full belly I decided to try a vanilla latte to go. It was an excellent latte, not too sweet. High-quality espresso roasted and brewed beautifully!

Such a great place with great food but man does the customer service SUCK! I travel across the states to try out different restaurants and I sure did not feel welcomed—so much that I was just handed the bill without being asked if I wanted something else (which I did) or simply ask “how was the food?” just like any other server would typically do. Having a great location with great food is more than just taking orders and handing out plates. You have to build connections with customers so that they can go back because at the end of the day, the quality of the food does not even matter without great customer service. Despite my experience, I would definitely recommend giving it a try. Salmon with the pouched egg was good. (It’s hard for me to give anything less than 5 stars and it sucks that I had to give 3 stars)

Usually we really enjoy St Kilda and it is our go to brunch spot. But lately the service and food has been spotty. For Mother’s Day we had one of the worst dining experiences. From being sat to our food arriving was over an hour. After taking our order, we did not see our server until the check was dropped. We had to send another server back to check on our food, because we had waited so long. We noticed other tables had already eaten and paid before our food was served. When the meals did arrive, everything was cold. Cold eggs and cold sandwiches, Yeay! Needless to say we were not happy, but very hungry due to the long wait. When we informed the server the food was cold, she didn’t even offer an apology and blamed the kitchen. I guess somehow they were responsible for getting the food to the table while it was still hot. Overall a very bad experience.

$18 for under cooked potatoes, over cooked salmon, the poached eggs tasted like vinegar and dirty glasses. This place is trying to charge 5 star prices with 2 star service. Literally besides the Australian coffee not a single thing I could say was enjoyable.

The food was AMAZING! Mimosas were strong! The only miss was the corn on the avocado toast was not charred as stated in the menu & it would have been a welcome improvement. Other than that, no complaints, whatsoever!

We dined in and had a nice table. The waitress could not describe menu items very well and seldom stopped by our table to see if we needed anything. They were out of OJ, 2 menu entrées and Limes. However, we saw them making fresh OJ for the next day. Food was good quality. Take your chances.

Always make a point to stop for brunch. Very good food not typical anywhere. They also change their menu so they keep it interesting. The wait is long for meals and cappuccinos, but the meals make up for it. Third visit for us and will be back.

Wonderful food, perfect serving sizes, everyone who works there seems so cool! Definitely love this place. I’ve been a regular since I first tried it.
