Perfectly lovely coffedrinks, breakfast sandwiches and scones in a clean restful space. My sausage link breakfast burrito was delicious and the quiche scores an A+ from the Mrs.

We just had the honey bbq chicken wings with coleslaw and toasted potatoes. It was delicious-a great combination! I think all they bake and cook is yummy!

Tasty and healthy food while enjoying either a refreshing iced mocha or a palate pleasing glass of wine is my definition of happiness. The friendly staff and comfortable environment is the frosting on the cake.

This coffee shop is a nice little gem downtown. I was impressed by the quality of what I ordered. If I'm ever back in this part of Iowa, I will make it a point to stop here again.

Java johns is the perfect kind of cozy coffee shop that so many places are trying to emulate. Its full of local art and a great mix of residents of decorah and students at Luther college. I love coming here to do work and listen to people talk around me.

Amazing place. Great coffee, people, food, music. . . Can't say enough about it. Wish I could pick it up and move it back home with me. Until then, I will always visit this place every time I am in Decorah.

Great cup of coffee! They even had heavy whipping cream instead of half & half. I picked up a cup of coffee and headed to the fish hatchery. By the time I got there, it was gone. Went back and got another cup.

Great atmosphere, plenty of room to sit and talk, and the coffee was delicious. I would go back again.

Fantastic local coffee house that also has fantastic fresh pastries and a limited hot food menu along with some grab and go cold food. Evening hours include local wine and beer options along with coffee offerings.
