Nice staff, cool interior layout, and beautiful coffee presentation (see photo). Unfortunately, I’m not a fan of their coffee (I got a cortado). It tastes super fruity and is not my preference. But if you like the fruity taste, they have “cappy hour” 3p to 6p where a cappuccino is only $2.

Great cold brew and breakfast sandwich. Solid vibes to hang in. Glad I walked a little further for this spot than other coffee spots near my hotel.

My husband and I stumbled on this gem while visiting Cedar Rapids for a week. We came once and made it a daily "go to!!" The service was OUTSTANDING! Everything on the menu is from coffee, tea, and light baked goods to lunch/breakfast options are made with the highest quality ingredients. The baristas seem to take great pride in their menu and their work. They are so kind and helpful. We enjoyed $2 "cappy-hour" each day 3-6pm. We opted for the oatmilk.... DELISH!!! The ambiance and location was chic and inviting. Love everything about this place and will certainly return!!!

The breakfast and the atmosphere here are solid, also, the staff are really friendly. Great place to have a quick bite to eat, meet a friend for coffee, or work. The quality and craft of the coffee is only ok. Definitely has some room for improvement. If you’re looking for a good third wave coffee shop, this is not the place.

I've been here a few times so I've had coffee, smoothies and light eats (muffin). Each time I've been; both the drinks and food have been very good! Good customer service (quick and nice). The ambience is better than expected too, with tables close I thought it'd be loud like some coffee shops, but you can't hear each other. Great meeting spot with some yummy eats. Even have oat milk, proteins and healthier options.

Hands down the best coffee in eastern Iowa. They used to roast the beans in house but the equipment is all gone now. They did open a new location recently so maybe they are roasting there? Regardless... Get a pour over and thank me later.

The coffee was pretty good at Dash! The cafe area was a little industrial and the music was louder than I like, but the drinks were delicious.
Street parking was free, and there was a bike share station on the same block. Masks were still required 5/29/21.

Outstanding. Several great options for fresh locally-roasted beans, with interesting origins and characteristics (wash process, varietal, etc). I haven't tried a pour-over here yet, but the batch-brew filter coffee is truly excellent. Also haven't tried any milk drinks, but the barista pulled me a fantastic shot using their house espresso roast (anaerobic process beans sourced from Zambia, probably my favorite for making espresso at home) - I'm sure it would be just as great in a cortado, cappuccino, or latte. Very friendly staff, and cool location/building, too.

What a beautiful coffee shop! We love finding local coffee roasters wherever we visit. Dash did not disappoint! Their aesthetic is beautiful, staff is so friendly + the coffee is fantastic. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in town.

Great coffee and food options. The baristas were knowledgeble and helpful in selecting the right coffee for me. The India pourover was well balanced and they let me sample the breakfast date on drip before I ordered. I wanted to take some beans home, but they didn't have any of the blend in stock, so they made and packaged some for me. The food options were perfect for a light lunch. Overall a great experience.
