Had a terrible time finding food and service in okoboji over labor day weekend.. by far the best management team and service.. after trying 8 restaurants we expected the worst.. but Los Pueblos showed us their great service and hospitality.. and the food was amazing!!!

A nice little Mexican restaurant and very kid friendly. The food was above average but extremely slow. We had dinner plus dessert (no appetizers or rounds of drinks) and we were there almost two hours. We were there on Labor Day but the tables weren't all full so we thought they'd be much faster.

I tried the carnitas and really liked it. My niece and nephew always order their the chicken fajitas. We ate outside since the weather was nice. My family went a couple of weeks later when it was really hot and had to leave early because it was too hot in the restaurant.

Love this place. Los Pueblos consistently delivers delicious food and a good atmosphere. Outdoor seating is available weather permitting which is a plus. I love going to Mexican restaurants and this one hands down has the best chips and salsa. The chips always come out fast and fresh. They're always warm and the basket stays topped off. My favorite is the Tacos de Carne Asada and I would highly recommend it. Food always comes out hot. Great service, good wait times, and the prices are reasonable. You'll never leave with am empty stomach. (American food options are available for picky eaters. Don't let a picky eater stop you from coming here.)

I ate there for lunch over the weekend and I will not return. The restaurant was not too busy when we arrived, but I did take note of the sign posted by the entrance that said when they are busy food takes longer because they make everything fresh. After we ordered it took roughly 40 minutes for our food to arrive and it definitely was not fresh as the rice and beans were both very dry. Several hours after the meal both my wife and I got sick as well, and we can only assume it was the taco meat as that is the only thing we both ate.

Awesome place. Good food. They went out of the way to make it a fun evening for our 5 year old Granddaughter's birthday.

Good service, OK Mexican food, and respectful staff. It can get busy so be ready to be waited on. They had a magician entertaining tables the one time I ate there.

The best Authentic Mexican food around, we love the variety of options on the menu the fajitas were excellent!
