North Grand Cinema

Nice throw-back cinema. Reclining loungers were nice, but I had to recline the one in front of my son so he could see the screen. I was barely tall enough myself.

Chairs are great. An enjoyed our self amensely. Help was speedy an curious. There was 5 of us an it was great. Very clean also.

Love this cinema. Spectacular customer service. Their closed caption devices are state of the art. Their snack selection is amazing. Will go here whenever I see a movie in northern Iowa!

When complained to manager nothing was done, requested money back, they said no.
Basically nobody cared

The snacks are reasonably priced especially for how much you get, the seats are nice and there's lots of room to stretch out. The employees always seem to be nice too!

We love the new seats and also enjoy the smaller feel to the cinema. It feels more homey!

Drinks are 6.00...if they had $4-5 beers I would be here for happy hour.
