This is a super cute little place to grab a cuppa while avoiding the big-chain corporate nonsense that has taken over this industry.
We had an Americano and a drip coffee and both were great. We were especially impressed that they had some delicious sugar-free coffee flavoring options.
We ordered ground espresso from the website and it was so delicious! The shipping time was quick. The owner sent a handwritten note which is such a sweet touch. My husband is picky about his coffee and he really loved Gypsy Joe's espresso. We can't wait to try more!
As a person who strongly dislikes hot teas, I would 100 percent recommend trying the soul soother. I received it as a gift for Christmas is one of the gypsy's amazing Christmas baskets. It has completely changed my mind on hot teas. I will be trying more as soon as possible. This white tea has amazing notes of jasmine and rose but don't taste like perfume! So if your looking for something other than coffee try this hot tea.
I went to the Gypsey Joe coffee stand at the Apple popcorn fest last summer and the frozen coffee was delicious. Not too sweet like those Frappuccinos 🤢. Not only did I enjoy the coffee, I bought some of their coffee scrub soap and I love it. The scents(especially Nag Champa) and the exfoliating layer of coffee is a major plus. Never had anything like it. Now when I run out of soap I just call them. 😂
The bag of French apple crumb cake I bought was delicious. I brewed a pot hot and ground some down to make cold brew. Both were amazing. Ashley is amazing and is always willing to give recommendations if your not sure what you want. I would highly recommend stopping by Tuesdays and Thursdays next to Phillips 66 on state road 43 in west lafayette.
Gypse Joe's coffee has the BEST coffee beans ever! I have tried every blend and I can't get enough! Check out her Facebook page to find where she is located and what all she offers! Everything she offers is amazing!! I give her 10 stars!!! 🌟 Thank you Ashley for your small business!
Great little coffee stand! The espresso is incredibly smooth and owner seems to truly enjoy bringing java joy to morning zombies on their way to tackle another day.
I've seen comments on a limited menu, but as a person that orders food with a number I appreciate the simplicity of well crafted items over exponentially expanding menu options. I have no doubt the owner would enjoy creating new concoctions if so desired and earned through consistent patronage, as she works to know her regulars despite the anonymityof masks. Keep supporting small passionate businesses!!!
Found this wonderful place at a fall festival. Amazing coffee and even better owner. The two roasts I’ve had so far, Jazzy Java and Blueberry Crumble are great. Would not hesitate to go out of my way for a cup of coffee from here.

I’ve been wanting to try their coffee but I get up before they open. I was finally able to try it today and it was 100% amazing I highly recommend.

This is a delicious little pop-up coffee shop, you can catch on a couple of days out of the week. I ordered a vanilla latté, w/ an additional shot of espresso... It was good, but I didn't find anything particularly outstanding about the drink... Hence, the 4/5. The menu is decent, yet basic. Check it out, if you're passing through 43, heading toward 65, or passing the exit. It DEFINITELY beats Srarbucos, and the customer service was top- notch!
