It was an anxiety induced purchase but it was worth the money . And it saved me from a very awkward hour of waiting for my eye doctors appointment. The coffee is great and the service was quick and efficient. 10 /10 would recommend.
The employees at Java Jo'z are SO very friendly, and the wait is always so much faster than any other coffee place in town (Coppermoon, Starbucks, even Literato). Plus, the drinks are great! They have all kinds of flavors for coffee, and a nice rewards card. I would highly recommend stopping here! Photo of the “secret” menu are attached 🙂
I bring my son weekly as a reward for a smoothie, but I often do not anything for myself because of the blackout prices. It’s been way too long! Saw fancy advertisement at Brokerage. Spend money to get the prices up. I continually ask about them.
I love this place they are quick, delicious and serve your coffee with a smile and a cookie? What!? I also love the quote stickers. Can't go wrong with a Toffee Mochachino for a nice cold treat or The Speedy Turtle is the best hot treat. Or those are my favs 😁 I would add a photo but they never last long. Who wants a pic of an empty cup and cookie wrapper!?
Fantastic little coffee shop. The staff is great, super friendly, and they take great pride in their work. Their drinks come with little stickers that have encouraging notes. Mine happened to have a reference to Psalm 46:1, and then I came to find out that the owner is also a Christian pastor! Huge flavor variety; I got an orange mocha. The espresso seems to be a darker roast. It's great to ACTUALLY support local businesses owned by godly people over Starbucks with all their liberal agenda. I definitely recommend this place!
It's bad business to have your prices blacked out and then gouge your customers. To add insult to injury they didn't even have the ingredients for some of the options on their menu.
Finally when we received our overpriced coffee and 3rd choice smoothie, the coffee was basically just hot milk. Unfortunately for Java Jo's there are many options in the area. We won't be back. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
We are from out of town and when I tell you this place was so amazing from the delicious coffee , smoothies to the most mouth watering scones. We can’t wait to come back when we visit next time!
I like my new choice for a coffee shop. Local and good, inspiring messages, plus the pumpkin scones are better than any scone I’ve ever had. This is my second week in a row and I plan many other visits. New to the area, and this was a great find. I had no safety or health concerns during my visit. Do yourself a favor and stop by!
I was disappointed in our experience today. The girl who took our order was kind. I am thankful, because the rest was not. The small latte was almost $7.00. We didn’t expect such a steep price for a small latte, since the prices on the board are blacked out. The girl that handed the latte to us was rude and dismissive. The interaction was unacceptable, we were pleasant and didn’t complain about the price. The drink just taste like milk and sugar. And to not be kind makes the experience negative. I will not recommend this coffee, nor can I brag about exception customer service. The prices should be displayed. Overall, I should probably give a one, but the first girl was kind and the sugar milk was hot. 2 ⭐️ ⭐️
An awesome alternative to Starbucks, though the menu is a bit basic... Luckily, I'm a simple man; I always have my usual large vanilla latté w/ an additional shot... They use Square POS, so if you have a Square account, you'll receive an e-receipt, which I thought was a simple- yet- refreshing caveat for a small, mom n' pop coffee shop. It's located in a VERY convenient spot, right off of your likely daily commute, and futures not 1, but 2 drive up windows for even faster service! Each drink come w/ a biscotti, and a smile.
The four- star review was due to the lack of menu selection.
