I was delighted to discover this convivial shop last week. So much so it took me several days to think of the word I wanted to describe it. I had a very excellent creme brulee foam atop an Americano coffee and am more than ready to go back for another. I highly recommend this cheerful place with warm and welcoming staff..

What a great treasure! Well planned out and executed coffee shop. Love the display of local artists. Great staff, super friendly and well maintained, clean coffee shop. Can't say enough good things about this lovely, locally owned coffee shop. Try their granola yogurt parfait.

This is a usual spot for us, and 9/10 times it's a great experience, with super friendly staff and delicious coffee. Sunday morning however, was a different take. It was business as usual when I arrived and my partner and I ordered two drinks. As we were waiting for the drinks, the two girls behind the counter were more concerned with laughing and making snide comments about what I had ordered. One of them said "that's the most disgusting drink I've ever heard of" as she visibly rolled her eyes at the ticket. I heard her say it by the counter, and the two of them just kept laughing about comments made about the drinks they were making, and what people ordered. This is disheartening and very professional and disrespectful of guests when they can be heard snickering and being rude, right in front of everyone. They could use some coaching, or at least tell them to keep the remarks out of listening range of guests. Hopefully it will be better next time, and hopefully the drinks will be hotter too.

Came here for a team meeting. Parked on the street right in front of the store. When we came in, staff was really friendly and told us about menu options. The seating isn't a super large space, thankfully we only had 3 people so we were able to sit at one of the tables. Food was quick for the amount of people that came in after us to order. Will definitely be back.

I wanted to find a consistently good local coffeeshop near home, and this place exceeds that goal. Vanilla latte and cappuccino were delicious as expected, but I was overly surprised by how smooth and refreshing the cold brew was as well. Definitely recommend the monkeybread muffin alongside your coffee. Hopefully in the future mugs and dishware are available for in-store orders; I was surprised to receive a disposable plastic cup. Will definitely return for a great start to another morning in the future 😊

Oh my goodness! Every single time I’ve been in Spark I’ve received outstanding service from super friendly baristas, leave with an excellent cup of coffee, and a smile! Five stars isn’t enough!!
