10/10 would recommend. Specialty coffee that didn’t taste pretentious.

It’s a locally roasted coffee with a lot of complexity to the flavors and a lot of attention to the details of coffee. I bought some beans from them at a coffee festival a few months ago and was stoked to make it out to their shop.

I had a cappuccino with whole milk (no sweetener) and the flavor was phenomenal. If you’re a Starbucks drinker, there’s a comparable boldness to the espresso, but with a more complex flavor. It wasn’t overly fruity or floral.

The cafe is located in an urban food market a few blocks from their roaster. There’s a lot of other food options, but we also hit up the only other place open at 8am on the weekdays and it was also 🔥.

Stop in for a cap and a croissant and you won’t be disappointed.

Helpful staff, delicious coffee with real cream! Strong but not bitter. Live music on Saturdays during the Winter Market. Tinker rules!

This local coffee roaster has branched out with its own café location, a natural extension showcasing its hard work. The Tinker Coffee café has innovative items on the menu, including a maple miso latte and a bright, citrus-infused honey vanilla latte. Selections change fairly frequently, though, so check out what’s new.

What's up with you all not having almond milk?!?! WTH!! I understand individuals having nut allergies. However, some people live a low carb lifestyle. Oatmilk is too high in carbs. Please reconsider having some nut milks available. Thanks

Great coffee place! The long queue was catered very quickly and efficiently. I got mocha with oat milk and it was perfect to start my day. Looking forward to come back again. Good luck team Tinker!

The AMP is such a cool concept of transforming old shipping containers into something beautiful like Tinker. Great coffee, beautiful spaces, kind people. What’s better than that?!

This is my new favorite shop in 317. Each visit is such a great experience for my coffee craving soul that I dream about this shop. Thank you for existing!

Tinker is a local coffee legend. They have some of the best espresso and drip coffee in Indianapolis, and their flavored drinks are all thoughtful and delicious. Staff are extremely friendly and down to earth.

On the food side, I highly recommend the "Cheapskate" breakfast sandwich and the homemade pop tarts.

Flavor-wise, definitely my favorite place to get a latte, especially because a lot of their syrups are vegan (salted caramel is my go-to) unlike a lot of places. Service-wise, just an all around pleasant experience. Every employee I have had the opportunity to order from has been such a delight and willing to ensure the customer experience is a positive one.

It was super busy when we came but the service was spot on. Really good Mocha and an added bonus, they have oat milk. Definitely recommended.
