Davis Mercantile: A Unique Shopping and Dining Experience
Davis Mercantile is a one-stop-shop for all your shopping and dining needs. Located in Shipshewana, Indiana, this gift shop and cafe is a must-visit for anyone looking for a unique experience. The building itself is a historic landmark and has been beautifully restored to its former glory.
The gift shop offers a wide variety of products, from clothing and shoes to toys and musical instruments. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The fabric selection is particularly impressive, making it a great destination for quilters. The three-story building is accessible via two elevators, making it easy for everyone to explore.
The carousel on the third floor is a highlight of the shopping experience. For just $2, you can ride the horses for five minutes and relive childhood memories. The atmosphere is clean and well-maintained, and the facility is spacious enough to accommodate large crowds.
The cafe on the third floor offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, with delicious food and excellent service. The menu is somewhat limited, but the quality of the food is worth the price. The restaurant is a great place to relax and recharge after a long day of shopping.
In conclusion, Davis Mercantile is a unique shopping and dining experience that is not to be missed. I overheard from Yoder's hardware store that there was a candy shoo and puzzle store at Davis Mercantile. I found a beautiful 1000 piece puzzle for my girlfriend's mom for $20 and downstairs in the candy shop, I found jelly belly jellybeans in bulk ala juicy pear. My girlfriend Stacy's favorite! for $9.99 a lb. I ended up getting 2 lbs for $10 and sent them to 2 other lady friends.
What impressed me the most was finding my favorite candy bar....Zagnut!! The only candy bar made by Hershey without chocolate.I bought 2.I am in heaven.

Wonderful indoor shopping experience. The Kitchen Cupboard has the best coffee and the carousel at on top floor is a lot of fun. We had a great time when we visited with family. Highly recommended spot to visit.

We love going here as a family... you have jo Jo's pretzels to snack on then endless shopping! We love the top floor... there is a carousel 🎠for everyone to ride. Also there is a toy store on the top level along with a candy shop. It's just great memories being made!

This is a unique collection of services and goods under one roof. Located in the third largest Amish community in the United States, you can find excellent coffee in one shop, a menu of foods in an other as well as a line of ladies clothing that my wife loved. We also found a shop with a number of different kinds of musical instruments including hammer dulcimer, glass flutes, recorders and wind chimes made from a variety of materials

Lots of fun stores, and the carousel on the 3rd floor is wonderful.
