Rude, ignorant employees. Too busy talking to make change for a purchase. The older man who appears to be a boss here is no better. Avoid at all costs.

Decent place but a doorbell goes over the PA system every few seconds.

Stopped yesterday to get fuel. $4.79 a gallon posted on the sign. All but two fuel islands had trucks in them and nobody was pumping fuel. Typical dumb-thoughtless ignorant truck drivers using the fuel lines for their personal parking. It took me 10 minutes to pump 4.98 gallons... Clearly there was some sort of fuel pump issue or possibly they were out of fuel. Trying to get help from the one person at the counter but he was dumber than a bag of hammers & aluminum magnets. Completely clueless on what to do or who to call. They don't need my business and I certainly don't need their BS.

I stop there every day. I run a hotshot from Louisville KY. To Indianapolis Indiana and then back. This Thornton's always has clean restrooms, friendly workers and very honestly the best Thornton's I've ever been to. I get my fuel there every morning before taking my truck back to drop it off and very glad to do business with them.

This place is aweful. They cant keep basic things in stock and will randkmly close during middle of day. Do not waste your time stopping here.

Parked here plenty of times, always find parking...great store

My husband and I stopped here to fill our van with diesel and shower after breaking down for 3 days in Alabama on our way back from a vacation in Florida. We have an alternative style mind you. Naturally after not being able to shower for 3 days we were excited to shower. My husband went first because we have a dog and didn't want to to leave her alone in the van. I had my husband walk me in so I could get a shower for myself (I've got social anxiety). When we went back in the lady at the register was clearly drunk and rude. Told us there were no clean showers, that's understandable. The part that bothered me most was that the manager came over and told us that if we wanted to do "hanky panky" to go to the one across the street. Acted like we were there to cause trouble. Unprofessional, and beyond rude.

Always a decent store but the lines can be a bit outta hand

The store was clean not very busy. The Burger King was nasty dirty, if I had hours on my clock to go across the road to the Love's I would have went. When the guy taking my order said yea I said never mind and walked away. Honestly as dirty as the place was it probably saved me a belly ache...

Wife has anxiety so I went in with her trying to get her a shower. There was a stubby older lady seemed to be under some sort of influence or not all there who was extremely rude she called over an old lady who didn't let my wife shower since they assumed we were gonna do "hanky panky" at this point I had showered already and was only there so my wife did have to deal wthe 1st employees Attitude. Always have had good experience with Thorntons traveling all over the Midwest but this place was a joke. Glad I'll never be back at this place
