2 stars fir parking and food at the bk,no stars for a stupid way of not being up front with people....when ther is a price 2 items for a certain price you honor it.had a few drinks paired up and the lady says oh those price start tomorow.....well then put up those signs then not a day or two in advance and have false advertisment!!!!!!!

The dirtiest filthiest thorntons I have ever been in. Urine on floors in mens and Womens. Water on floors. Doors in bathroom were coming off hinges. What a shame

Third shift at this store is always just rude as can be. They act like you're bothering them by coming in. They are usually too busy talking to each other to want to help customers.if I based it only on 3rd shift they would get one star. However all other shifts are very friendly, the store is always clean, the food is always fresh. The manager of the store is the absolute greatest!!!!

We chose this spot as a stop traveling across country. We were rudely told we couldn't use the restrooms because they needed tending right that second and no males were working. I questioned this at the counter as well and the cashier was short and condescending. After 10 minutes bathroom still couldn't be used. Right at noon. Drink selection was good. That's how they get any stars.

New, clean and best price around. Good for food options too.

Diesel was $3.89 before the Love’s across the street closed all their diesel lanes down to put new pumps in. It has only been a matter of hours Thornton’s jacked their prices up to stick it to the trucker. All they care about is the ALMIGHTY DOLLAR. Diesel is $4.05 per gallon now.

Since this location opened in Memphis, I have been a constant customer. However, the number of times I have to get back in my car and go to another pump because the card reader doesn't work is getting ridiculous. I accepted the explanation in the winter that it was too cold for them. Well it is 72 degrees today and it happened again. Please upgrade your card readers.

Could definitely use more truck parking. Overall beautiful store and clean. Even the parking lot. Why no garbage cans around the truck area though? Shower was spotless. Will definately stop again.

We have stopped quite a bit. Kudos to the staff, they are very fantastic. Store, parking lot and restrooms are ALWAYS neat, clean and tidy. We so appreciate it. Store is impeccable. Love to stop here, stay here.Thanks Thornton's.

This truck stop has water in there fuel tanks. Fueling your truck here might be cheaper than a loves or pilot but in the long run it will cost you much more. If you’re heading north on I-65 stop at 34 there’s a fuel Mart. Same price but better fuel
