The most delicious everything! The rolls are homemade and perfect to dunk in one of their fabulous soups! The best bread I have ever eaten. The salads are made with crisp crunchy goodness and the the dressing is to die for! The people who work there are the nicest ever! Don't miss out on this hidden gem.

This is, without a doubt, my favorite lunch spot downtown. The service is unbeatable. It's like walking into a soup counter version of Cheers, where everybody knows your name. Everything I've had there is absolutely delicious, from the wide variety of soups throughout the month, to the wraps, salads, Pat's cookies, and cornbread. I've only been downtown for a few months, but they've gained a lifelong customer! Can't recommend enough!

You might assume that since this place specializes in soups that their sandwiches must be an afterthought. Don't make that mistake. The soups are delicious, but the sandwiches really are the best in town. The Revelo has an amazing combo of creamy, melted cheese, tender pork, and some jalapenos to add a little heat. I'll be back!

Hands down, the best soup & sandwich & salad place I've ever experienced. Everything is house made: bread for the sandwiches, salad dressings, and, of course, the soups. The guys here are so friendly and really care about the food. They have a small menu, and they do it very very well. I work in downtown Indy and most people in my small office make sure they visit Subito at least once a week.

The soups here are amazing! The country vegetable soup is vegan and available daily. It's hearty, homemade, and delicious! The staff here are so friendly, and were helpful about how to freeze the soup and reheat later!!! It's no wonder there is always a line out the door, because these soups are made with heart!!! Stop in for soup, salad, or a sandwich, and don't forget a punch card! 😋

This has become my go-to takeaway lunch place in downtown Indy for good reason - the food is really awesome, and the service is super friendly. Their soups are all good... I haven't had a bad one yet and a number cross into the really stellar category. Salads are fantastic when you need some greens... could add half a bowl of soup for a reasonable amount. And their sandwiches (most are panini style) hit the spot when you need something filling. If that wasn't enough, their cookies and other desserts are excellent as well. Everything is made from scratch, and it shows in the flavor.

Wow. What can I say about this place that hasn’t been said by the countless 5 star reviews. I am traveling cross country and decided to stop in Subito for 10 minutes and was greeted by the kindest staff. They were warm and inviting, I didn’t even want to leave !

The food? DELICOUS. They really blew me away with that Revelo (great recommendation!) .

I seriously Am planning on coming back on my way home or even a weekend trip just to get a meal here.

High end chefs making sandwiches and soups how they want to make them? Yes please. Amazing and delicious. Had a Cuban and clam chowder both were excellent. Very friendly staff! Exceptional value.

I went in for a sandwich and left with the Chicken and Sausage Gumbo and a Grilled Cheese...It was Excellent!! Fast and friendly service and a $1.75 Grilled Cheese sandwich is hard to beat. I will certainly be back.
