Customer service is excellent. Food is always delicious.

It's exceptionally difficult to live up to the ratings and reviews Subito has, but my visit today certainly did! I was in a beefy mood, so I got the brisket sandwich with the beef stew and a cookie for dessert. After a ~10 minute walk back to my hotel, the sandwich was still perfectly hot and very delicious. The stew was truly outstanding. And the cookie... Wow! Insanely good! I'll be back next time I'm in town :)

Subito is a well known secret lunch destination for downtown employees. Small shop with carry-out only. (No dine in) Line usually stretches out the door, but they are New York deli fast. Amazing sandwiches, soups, & salads, cookies. Check their online calendar for daily soup options. Also the only macaroni salad I've ever liked.

This is the best soup/sandwich place in Indy. All of the great reviews you read here are real. We're so lucky to be right around the corner.

Great place enjoyed my food. Everything had lots of flavor and the staff were great. I ordered the Pollo Sandwich with a side of Brazilian Chicken Soup. The sandwich was very good and interesting, it was a non-messy barbecue chicken sandwich and I really enjoyed it. I'm not sure what the Brazilian Chicken Soup tasted like as I didn't get it in my bag, I received Gumbo. But on the bright side the Gumbo was good, but I wanted my soup....lol.

But overall with the customer service and the flavorful options you should try this place. I'm definitely going back!

It was AWESOME. I ordered the shrimp and sausage gumbo, caesar salad and butter bread. It was all delicious! The bread was PERFECT and the customer service was lovely!

Insanely delicious. I'm a vegetarian who didn't even like vegetables until I came here. The soups are packed with goodness, the broths/bases are rich and creamy. The flavors are really stunning. The Garda rolls and grilled cheeses are oh so good. I've also had the Giovanni sandwich which is delightful. It's not possible to be disappointed here - unless they've run out of their soup of the day! Come early so you don't miss out!

Soups, salad and the best macaroni salad you ever tasted. The selection of soups is amazing, I can't wait until French Onion comes on the menu. My husband's favorite is shrimp gumbo

Fast and respectful people. Talk about A1 service… no other place in downtown Indy can compete with their customer service. They greet you right away upon arriving and show you respect during your visit… good cookies too!!
