Coat Check Coffee

Maybe it was an off day but they don’t know how to make an espresso. They made me the most bitter espresso I have ever had.

I absolutely love this place. It's conveniently located in downtown in a beautiful historical building (The Atanaeum). They have tea and coffee on the menu and a few items to munch on. Great to catch up with a fiend, plug in your computer to do work, or simply read a book. Definitely worth checking out.

Cute coffee shop tucked away in downtown Indy. As primarily a tea person, I appreciate their spiced non-coffee options, including their chai and golden tumeric lattes. Both have the perfect amount of ginger and cinnamon to warm up your taste buds. Chairs are comfy and I like how open the space is in their seating area. The only downside is that parking can be interesting since it's downtown. Highly recommend!

Coffee- amazing! I would recommend the pistachio latte. Their staff is friendly and smiley. If you’re wanting a place to study or do your homework, I wouldn’t recommend this place. There aren’t many tables or outlets for you to work on your computer.

The macaroons 😍😍 it's a hipster hotspot and cute inside. The food is killer, definitely try everything if you can.

Honestly, one of the best Americano’s I’ve ever had. Nice staff, too. It’s a bonus this shop is inside the historic Das Deutsche Haus designed in part by Kurt Vonnegut Jr’s grandfather Bernard.

Always appreciate open facilities with many, and diverse, seating options. Friendly and talented staff spoiling us customers with the creative drinks menu. Good for meetings or actually concentrate working.

I haven’t had something this good in my flavor center in a long time. Pistachio latte. Incredible. 👌 ☕️

Perfect blend of history and the present. The vibe to the place, the Vonnegut presence around you already creates the perfect mood to sip on a good cup of coffee. The menu is very unique with all fresh in house sauces. The pistachio and the ginger, both lattes are really good, soul soothing!

Loved their coffee and they had plenty of food options too!
