Coffee House and Artesian Café. So. Cool. If this place were in Chicago, you'd expect to pay $15 for a cup of coffee. And you'd gladly pay it just to soak in the atmosphere. None of the cozy armchairs match, they're all comfortably broken in, and they're nestled between café tables for two; perfect for inspiring conversations.

Sip charged us an additional $5 after we left the establishment and refused to give it back. Offered us in store credit instead. Didn’t want a new drink just our money back.
Please keep an eye on your receipt and bank accounts!! Also drink didn’t taste like anything.

Very cute little coffee shop. The drinks were delicious and they have quite a large variety. I haven't tried the food yet but I'm excited to, they offer a lot of great sounding options. Outdoor seating available as well. I'll definitely be back

I drove an hour to visit here and was not disappointed! The service was wonderful and my firefly iced latte was delicious! The style and atmosphere is super unique and relaxing. If you’re looking for someplace relaxing and edgy this is definitely the place to go!

My daughter and I went for the band. Had never heard of, or obviously been to Sip's. We were definitely made that we didn't come here sooner. Great coffee, tea, food and service. This is going to be our new mom/daughter spot! Amazing.

If I could give a 0 star I would! Be sure to keep in mind the filthiness behind the renovation & the lack of concern for their overworked & underpaid employees.
& unfortunately, they do make employees clock out and continue working without pay. :( -speaking from prior experience

Just an awesome place. The vibe, staff, food, and drinks are all great. Tucked away next to Kennedy Ave, it feels like the perfect spot to unwind and relax.

Went to the Sip in Highland. It's a cool little hipster type of place. Wide variety of coffees and teas. We had brunch with our ice coffees. The sandwiches are good and an ample size. I was a little disappointed that my chicken salad cranberry nut sandwich didn't have much cranberry or nut to it, but it was tasty. Oh, I almost forgot, the French Onion soup was delish, we got a bowl and shared it!!
