lowkeyy a chill and awesome place good stuff and all but y'all totally shouldn't have painted it black should've kept the other color it gave it an older vibe / more vintage and the black just feels out of place with the red and blue. the red and blue even inspired the paint in and outside my house. maybe next time whoever does the paint job not make it look so out of place. i use to drive past the place when it was still the old color and we'd always talk about how pretty it was and how it was the only actually nice thing here. love u guys tho keep up the amazing work ❤️

Love Sip. Easy to get to by bike in Highland's cute downtown. Fabulous hand-crafted coffee beverages and breakfast and lunch sandwiches.

Delicious food however everything needed a little more seasoning. They could really use a few more vegan options. They've one vegan wrap and it was yummy. The coffee was really good too.
EDIT: second visit was a bust so dropping a star. Their hours are inaccurate and inconsistent. Showed up and "the kitchen closed" a full 1.5 hours earlier than their closing time.

Awesome coffee shop. More options to choose from other than coffee (donuts, cookies, etc). The espresso was good and is priced well, considering I got a double shot espresso for $2.89 that is pictured. Definitely want to come back!

My mom just passed and my twin brother aunt and I went to go get lunch and our water and waitress were absolutely amazing. The waiter (Alex) made us all laugh so much and have a really good time. We went out feeling great and a little lighter then before. My siblings and I haven’t had that much fun and smile that much in a while and a large part of that was because of our waiter. (Plus the food is to die for)

I have been going to Sip Highland for about 4 years frequently. It's been one of my absolute fave spots. Ever since the expansion I feel, service has unfortunately gone down drastically. My bf ordered a jalapeño popper grilled, no bacon. I jokingly repeated, "No bacon please." 😀 It arrived, with bacon lol. The new sandwich now had no bacon but this time now missing jalapeños lol. He tried waiting to show the waitress the incorrect sandwich, but he was hungry and ate it anyway, (no pic because we were trying not to make a big deal out of it), but the fact is the sandwich was incorrect. She also never came back to check on us, or even at all to give us our check. When paying and informing the cashier of this wrong order nothing was done, no apology, no discount. My bf still tipped and ordered an additional drink. We sadly won't be back. Each of the last few times service has gotten worse and worse. It was better off as a small coffee shop.

The staff is very friendly. Members of my workout group have been regulars for about 4 years and the sip comped our bill today after letting us use their upstairs for a group event. Highly recommend this place

It's no Grindhouse, where they can correctly make a cappuccino. At Sip, every time I order a cappuccino, I end up with a latte instead. Unfortunately, it's one of two options for a cappuccino in downtown Highland. The other option doesn't open early enough.

Such a cute place! Random, but I love that they have soy milk. I got an iced soy latte with SF toffee and it was delicious. Their desserts look AMAZING. Perfect place to go for studying or to catch up with friends.
