Sip Coffee House and Artisan Cafe

The food here is great. I have been coming here for the past two weeks to study and have had no problems. I brought my dad here yesterday for breakfast and the service was horrible. We were sitting enjoying our breakfast as a homeless man who is drooling comes and pulls a chair to our table and sits with us. The waitress proceeds to help the man and cook his ramen instead of asking him to move. We support them helping out the homeless but we are eating and they gave him better service than us. His hands were filthy and he smelled, it’s not what we wanted to deal with while we were eating our food that we PAID for. He was also allowed to use the public restroom which is very unsanitary to me. This visit really made us not want to come back. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the last visits were perfectly fine but this is just unacceptable.

My favorite is the Mexican Mocha! We love how they expanded this location. It's roomy yet cozy and comfy!

I love my little hole in the wall coffee shop it’s becoming more main stream and it saddens me but I love that more people know about it now. Great baristas great environment great art amazing sips.

Love eating here. My girlfriends and I come here all the time to enjoy the delicious food and drinks they serve. I love all the beautiful artwork that is covering their walls! The owner and her staff is doing an amazing job!

We love coming in and trying all their latte specials. Such a treat to have in the community. Food is pretty dang good, too.

After coming here a few times, this is the first time I did not felt welcomed and rushed to leave. Waited over 15 min for someone to come to table until I finally went to barista and ordered myself. Server never came around to ask if I needed to get anything only to get my dirty plates. When I asked for another coffee it was given in a to go cup along with the check. I like this place and I’ll definitely be back. I am hoping it is just a one time experience.

Please give Adam a raise!! Whether it’s a slow weekday evening or a chaotic Sunday afternoon, he handles each customer with the utmost professionalism and urgency. His customer service skills truly unmatched.

Great small business with a fun atmosphere. Good food and I am glad to see the space had expanded!

Really chill vibey place. Ordered a Chicken Buffalo Wrap 🌯 and a Zebra coffee, all of which were delicious, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Def going back. Cafè is clean, fast service, friendly employees. A must visit in Highland. They have loose teas, bubble tea, cbd drinks, treats, bagels, basically something for everyone!
