Main & Madison Market Café

I used to eat here regularly, but after 4 separate instances of my order being forgotten about I will not return or pay much attention to this place. The last time this occurred I waited over 30 minutes for my pastry to be warmed up and delivered to my table. The people I was with got theirs on time. The girl who dropped the food off seemed surprised that she didn’t have knowledge of my dish prior to delivering the food. Said she would go find out. I saw in minutes later delivering other food instead. I went to investigate myself and the pastry I ordered was still sitting in the case where it had been when I ordered it. Meaning I had purchased the last one and it had 30 minutes after the point that I bought it for it to be sold out from underneath me. The girl at the counter didn’t even seem like there was an issue. Somehow it was my fault for inconveniencing her... about 10 minutes later it was delivered to me cold.

I guess my business just isn’t important to the folks at M&M. Happily will go elsewhere.

Cute dining room and excellent coffee! Highly recommended!

Seemingly slow service. Lots of employees about. Chicken salad was good. Grilled cheese was very oily. Chips were overseas ones. Iced sugar cookie was good and true to it's name... Sugar. Not sure why it took so long to serve.

Great cafe, open on Mondays unlike a lot if Franklin small businesses. Great croissants, cookies and pastries. Try the granola and berry bowl so good. Love the lattes. Beautiful views. Great for groups, huge upstairs.

Thank you for opening this great place for food and wonderful coffee in Franklin. Purchasing a historic building with so many memories is admirable. Love your staff. Thank you for your involvement in the community. Such a pleasant warm feeling and great food and drink.

Super cute coffee shop and cafe. Great atmosphere and lots of seating. Really friendly staff too. My mom loves coming to Main & Madison!

A great place for lunch! In-store made croissants, pecan chicken salad, brioche, brownie bricks, delicious salads and soups. There are specialty coffees and teas. It's located in a vintage building that was a hospital. Beautifully remodeled, and lots of history.

Great cold brew coffee.

Cookies were amazing. So were all the much options.

Love the atmosphere at Main & Madison. I had the Feta, tomato, & spinach quiche. It was delicious! The staff are super friendly.
