Main & Madison Market Café

Overpriced and underwhelming. I really want to like it here. The decor and atmosphere are great. Unfortunately, after several attempts it seems to be all style and no substance. We tried again last weekend and that is probably the last time. The cashier and barista were snooty and unhelpful & the brioche cinnamon roll was hard and buried under an absurd amount of icing. The food was ok but not deserving of its prices; we have had the same cafe fare done much better for much less. It’s clearly very popular and may be nice to check out once but it hasn’t given me any reason to come back (although this was our fourth time trying 😏)

The neatest café find in my neighboring town! The best atmosphere, service, & staff. The pastries & coffee were EXCELLENT!!! The portion size compared to the price...best bang for you buck. Did I mention delicious??? You must go try it for yourself 🤤

I visited this cafe 1-12-20. Very nice modern place to relax and get an exceptional coffee drink. I received a large cinnamon roll ($4.50) that was the absolute best I have eaten in years!

We came in wanting to pay with our phones (Apple Pay). They said they accept that but sometimes it doesn’t work - sadly today it didn’t work and we were prepared to walk away but the sweet employee at the counter let us have our cinnamon roll anyway. Way too generous and unnecessary, but it made my 4 yr olds day after our long bike ride for the promised treat.

We are regulars and will make it right on our next visit. Best cafe in Johnson County. Always exceptional customer service. Very clean, very homey and decorated in the cutest way.

Their cinnamon rolls are MASSIVE and a huge bargain at only $5. We love to ride our bikes here every Saturday and sit out on the large patio overlooking downtown Franklin.

Love this cozy gathering spot! We really enjoy the variety of hand crafted pastries and treats, drinks and entrée selections. Warm, friendly staff and a leadership team committed to giving back to the community make this place so meaningful!

Nice little place with good food. My favorite is the toasted Italian. Highly recommend it.
