Outstanding baked goods (try the glazed croissants). Enjoyed a hardy breakfast sandwich on a house-made everything bagel. They make excellent chicken salad as well. The baristas make great espresso drinks. A stop here is a "must" on any trip to Franklin. Not open in the evenings.

Chicken salad was good. Employees rude and stuck up. Probably won't go back. Not customer service oriented unless you go there and they know you. We sat there and 2 older couples walked in and the guy said wrre closed. 2 other couples walked in and turned away. A lady walked in and knew the owner and got served. We were greeted with "we close in 10 minutes ". The 81 year old I was with asked if we had to take to go? We could eat there, but they were closed. Long day in he'll b4 I go back there

Felt like I was in a movie...the atmosphere is amazing and so is the food and coffee.

Excellent atmosphere! The prices are about the same as other local coffee places but the quality here is top notch. If I'm in Franklin again I'll definitely be stopping by.

I had a half chicken salad sandwich on a croissant and a cup of southwest corn chowder. The sandwich was very bland and the bread was kind of stale. It was a very small half of a sandwich. The soup was ok, but it tasted like it was out of a can so it was unimpressive. I would have given them more stars except I stood there for a very long time and I felt like the wait was way too long. Also, I think 10 and a half dollars is way too much for the tiny amount of food I got. They did add chips to the order, but they were all dark brown and did not look appetizing at all. I tasted one and threw it back down and didn't eat anymore. I wanted to try this place, so I did and I don't ever have a desire to go back. The pastries did look absolutely delicious and I wish I had tried one.

Love this place. Great for catching up with friends over coffee or holding group meetings. Amazing pastries! This building has some amazing history too. I was told that it was built as a hospital in the early 1900 and at one time was the only hospital in Johnson Co at the time. The original operating room tiled floor area and wood flooring is still present. Can't wait to go back.

A++ experience. The pastries were fresh and full of flavor, and the customer service was great! Can’t wait to go back and try new things.

Attended a bridal shower in the private area upstairs. It was wonderful, from the decor, service and the incredibly delicious food. The turkey on croissant with the bacon jam was so flaky and flavorful. And the cake..oh my. I'm already planning a trip back.

Excellent pecan chicken salad on in house made croissant, great coffee, amazing pecan sticky bun. Only thing we were not fond of was the chips. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Good location.
